কুতায়বা (রহঃ) ... আরফাজাহ্ ইবন আসআদ (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
জাহিলী যুগে কুলাব যুদ্ধে তার নাক যখম হয়ে যায়। তখন তিনি রূপার নাক বানিয়ে নেন। কিন্তু তাতে তার নাকে পচন ধরে। ফলে রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম তাকে সোনার নাক বানিয়ে নিতে বলেন।
It was narrated from 'Abdur-Rahman bin Tarafah, from 'Arafah bin As'ad bin Karib, who was his grandfather- saying that he saw his grandfather, and he said:"His nose had been cut off at the battle of Al-Kulab during the Jahiliyyah, so he wore a nose made of silver, but it began to rot on him, so the Prophet [SAW] told him to wear a nose made of gold
মুহাম্মদ ইবন মা'মার (রহঃ) ... আরফাজাহ্ ইবন আসআদ (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:

It was narrated from 'Arafah bin As'ad that:His nose was cut off at the battle of Al-Kulab during the Jahiliyyah, so he wore a nose made of silver, but it began to rot, so the Prophet [SAW] told him to wear a nose made of gold
মুহাম্মদ ইবন ইয়াহইয়া ইবন মুহাম্মাদ ইবন কাসীর হাররানী (রহঃ) ... সাঈদ ইবন মুসাইয়্যাব (রহঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
উমর (রাঃ) সুহায়ব (রাঃ)-কে স্বর্ণের আংটি পরতে দেখে বললেনঃ কী ব্যাপার, আমি যে তোমার পরিধানে সোনার আংটি দেখছি? তিনি বললেনঃ আপনার চেয়ে উত্তম ব্যক্তি এটা দেখেছেন, কিন্তু তিনি কিছু বলেন নি। উমর (রাঃ) বললেনঃ তিনি কে? সুহায়ব (রাঃ) বললেনঃ তিনি রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম।
It was narrated that Sa'eed bin Al-Musayyab said:"Umar said to Suhaib: 'Why do I see you wearing a ring of gold?' He said: 'One who was better than you saw it and did not criticize it.' He said: 'Who was that?' He said: 'The Messenger of Allah [SAW]
