Surah Az-Zalzalah (“The Earthquake”) is the 99th surah of the Quran: a Madinan surah of 8 ayahs.
Background
A short surah on the great earthquake of the Last Day, when the earth gives up its burdens and testifies.

The opening ayahs
إِذَا زُلْزِلَتِ ٱلْأَرْضُ زِلْزَالَهَا ١
When the earth is shaken with its [final] earthquake
وَأَخْرَجَتِ ٱلْأَرْضُ أَثْقَالَهَا ٢
And the earth discharges its burdens
وَقَالَ ٱلْإِنسَٰنُ مَا لَهَا ٣
And man says, "What is [wrong] with it?" -
