حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، أَخْبَرَنَا رَوْحٌ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، يَقُولُ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ " إِذَا ابْتَعْتَ طَعَامًا فَلاَ تَبِعْهُ حَتَّى تَسْتَوْفِيَهُ " .
ইসহাক ইবনু ইবরাহীম ও ইবনু জুরায়জ (রহঃ) ..... জাবির ইবনু আবদুল্লাহ (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলতেনঃ তুমি যখন কোন খাদ্য বস্তু ক্রয় করো, তখন তা সম্পূর্ণরূপে বুঝে নেয়ার আগে বিক্রি করো না। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৩৭০৭, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
Jabir b. Abdullah (Allah be pleased with them) reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:When you purchase foodgrains, do not sell them until you have taken possession of them
ইসহাক ইবনু ইবরাহীম (রহঃ) ... আবূ হুরাইরাহ (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি একদা মারওয়ানকে প্রশ্ন করেন, আপনি কি সূদী কেনাবেচা বৈধ করে দিয়েছেন? মারওয়ান বললেনঃ না, আমি তো তা করিনি। আবূ হুরাইরাহ্ (রাযিঃ) পুনরায় জিজ্ঞেস করেন, আপনি কি রেশন কার্ড বিক্রি বৈধ করে দেননি?* অথচ রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম খাদ্যদ্রব্য পুরোপুরি হস্তগত করার আগে বিক্রি করতে নিষেধ করেছেন। এরপর মারওয়ান এক বক্তৃতায় তা বিক্রি করতে লোকদের নিষেধ করে দেন। রাবী সুলাইমান (রহঃ) বলেনঃ আমি দেখলাম যে, মানুষের কাছ থেকে সরকারী কর্মচারীগণ রেশন কার্ড ফিরিয়ে নিচ্ছে। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৩৭০৬, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
Abu Huraira (Allah be please with him) is reported to have said to Marwan:Have you made lawful the transactions involving interest? Thereupon Marwan said: I have not done that. Thereupon Abu Huraira (ﷺ) said: You have made lawful the transactions with the help of documents only, whereas Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) forbade the transaction of foodgrains until full possession is taken of them. Marwan then addressed the people and forbade them to enter into such transactions (as are done with the help of documents). Sulaiman said: I saw the sentinels snatching (these documents) from the people
তিনি বলেন, রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম অজ্ঞাত পরিমাণ খেজুরের স্তুপ নির্দিষ্ট পরিমাণ খেজুরের বিনিময়ে বিক্রি করতে নিষেধ করেছেন। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৩৭০৮, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
Jabir b. Abdullah (Allah be pleased with them) is reported to have said that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) forbade the sale of a heap of dates the weight of which is unknown in accordance with the known weight of dates
আবূ বাকর ইবনু আবূ শাইবাহ, ইবনু নুমায়র ও আবূ কুরায়ব (রহঃ) ..... আবূ হুরাইরাহ্ (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত যে, রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ যে ব্যক্তি খাদ্যদ্রব্য ক্রয় করবে সে তা পরিমাপ করার আগে বিক্রি করতে পারবে না। আবূ বাকরের বর্ণনায় مَنِ اشْتَرَى এর স্থলে مَنِ ابْتَاعَ রয়েছে। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৩৭০৫, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:He who bought foodgrain should not sell it until he had measured it. In the narration of Abu Bakr there the word is Ibta' instead of Ishtara
