حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا خَلَفٌ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ خَلِيفَةَ - عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، قَالَ لَعَنَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم آكِلَ الرِّبَا وَمُوكِلَهُ وَشَاهِدَهُ وَكَاتِبَهُ وَالْوَاشِمَةَ وَالْمُوتَشِمَةَ وَنَهَى عَنِ النَّوْحِ وَلَمْ يَقُلْ لَعَنَ صَاحِبَ .
কুতায়বা (রহঃ) ... শা'বী (রহঃ) বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম সুদখোর, সুদদাতা, এর সাক্ষী, এর লিখক এবং যে শরীরে দাগ দেয়, যাকে দাগ দেওয়া হয়, সকলের উপর লা'নত করেছেন। আর তিনি মৃতের উপর বিলাপ করতে নিষেধ করেছেন। এক্ষেত্রে বলেননি যে, লা'নত করেছেন।
It was narrated that from 'Ata' bin As-Sa'ib, from Ash-Sha'bi who said:"The Messenger of Allah [SAW] cursed the one who consumes Riba, the one who pays it, the one who witnesses it and the one who writes it down; the woman who does tattoos and the woman who has that done; and forbade wailing (in mourning), but he did not say that its doer is cursed
ইসহাক ইবন ইবরাহীম (রহঃ) ... আবূ হুরায়রা (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, উমর (রাঃ) এর নিকট এক মহিলাকে আনা হলো, যে শরীরে দাগ লাগাতো। তখন তিনি বললেনঃ আমি তোমাদের আল্লাহর কসম দিয়ে বলছিঃ তোমরা কি এ ব্যাপারে রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-কে কিছু বলতে শুনেছ? তখন আবু হুরায়রা (রাঃ) দাঁড়িয়ে বললেন, হে আমীরুল মু'মিনীন! আমি শুনেছি। তিনি জিজ্ঞাসা করলেনঃ কি শুনেছ? আমি বললাম, তিনি বলেছেনঃ তোমরা নিজেরাও এরূপ দাগ লাগাবে না এবং অন্যের দ্বারাও দাগ দেয়াবে না।
It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said:"A woman who did tattoos was brought to 'Umar and he said: 'I adjure you by Allah, did any one among you hear (anything from) the Messenger of Allah [SAW]?' Abu Hurairah said: "I stood up and said: 'O Commander of the Believers! I heard him (say something).' He said: 'What did you hear?' I said: 'I heard him say: Do not do tattoos and do not have tattoos done
হুমায়দ ইবন মাসআদা (রহঃ) ... হারিস (রহঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেনঃ রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম লা'নত করেছেন সুদখোর, সুদদাতা, সুদের সাক্ষী, সুদের লেখক এবং যে শরীরে দাগ দেয়, যাকে দাগ দেওয়া হয়। এক ব্যক্তি বলল, রোগের জন্য ব্যতীত? তিনি বললেনঃ হ্যাঁ, আর যে অন্যের জন্য তার স্ত্রীকে হালাল করার উদ্দেশ্যে বিবাহ করে, যার জন্য হালাল করা হয় এবং যে সাদকা দিতে অস্বীকার করে, তার উপর লা'নত করেছেন। আর তিনি মৃত ব্যক্তির জন্য বিলাপ করতে নিষেধ করেছেন, তিনি বলেননি যে, লা'নত করেছেন।
It was narrated from Ibn 'Awn, from Ash-Sha'bi, from Al-Harith, who said:"The Messenger of Allah [SAW] cursed the one who consumes Riba, the one who pays it, the one who writes it down and the one who witnesses it; the woman who does tattoos and the woman who has that done"- he said: "Unless it is done as a remedy;" he said: "Yes"- "the man who married a woman in order to divorce her so that she may go back to her first husband and the man (the first husband) for whom that is done; and the one who withholds Sadaqah (Zakah). And he used to forbid wailing (in mourning), but he did not say 'cursed
আবু আলী মুহাম্মদ ইবন ইয়াহইয়া মারওয়াযী (রহঃ) ... ইবন মাসউদ (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, আমি রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-কে যে সকল মহিলা ভ্রু ইত্যাদির পশম উপড়িয়ে ফেলে এবং দাঁতে ফাঁক করে এবং যারা শরীরে দাগ লাগায়, যারা আল্লাহর সৃষ্টিকে বদলিয়ে দেয়, তাদের উপর লানত করতে শুনেছি।
It was narrated that Ibn Mas'ud said:"I heard the Messenger of Allah [SAW] cursing Al-Mutanammisat, women who have their teeth separated, and women who have tattoos done, those who change the creation of Allah, the Mighty and Sublime
