হাসান ইবন মুদরিক (রহঃ) ... আবু হুরায়রা (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
রাসূলুল্লাহসাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ ক্রীতদাস যদি চুরি করে, তবে তাকে বিক্রি করে ফেলবে বিশ দিরহামের বিনিময়ে (বা অর্ধেক মূল্যে) হলেও।

তিনি বলেন, আমি রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-কে বলতে শুনেছিঃ সফরে হাত কাটা যাবে না।
It was narrated that Junadah bin Abi Umayyah said:"I heard Busr bin Abi Artah say: 'I heard the Messenger of Allah say: Hand should not be cut off while traveling
ইসমাঈল ইবন মাসউদ (রহঃ) ... আতিয়্যা (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, আমি বনূ কুরায়যায় বন্দীদের মধ্যে ছিলাম। তারা পর্যবেক্ষণ করতো, যার (নাভির নিচের) চুল গজাত, তাকে হত্যা করতো, আর যার গজায় নি, তাকে ছেড়ে দিত, হত্যা করতো না।
It was narrated that 'Atiyyah said:'I was among the prisoners of Quraizah; we were examined, and whoever had grown (pubic) hair was killed, and whoever had not grown hair, he was allowed to live and was not killed
মুহাম্মদ ইবন আবদুল্লাহ ইবন উবায়দ ইবন আকীল (রহঃ) ... জাবির ইবন আবদুল্লাহ (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর নিকট এক চোরকে আনা হলে তিনি বললেনঃ তাকে হত্যা কর। লোকজন বললোঃ ইয়া রাসূলাল্লাহ! সে তো চুরি করেছে। তিনি বললেনঃ তবে তার হাত কেটে ফেল। তখন তার হাত কাটা হলো। পরে আবার তাকে চুরির কারণে ধরে আনা হলে তিনি বললেনঃ তাকে হত্যা কর। লোকজন বললোঃ ইয়া রাসূলাল্লাহ! সে তো চুরি করেছে। তিনি বললেনঃ তবে তার পা কাট। তখন তা কাটা হল। তৃতীয়বারও তাকে আনা হলো। তিনি বললেনঃ তাকে হত্যা কর। লোকজন বললোঃ ইয়া রাসূলাল্লাহ! এ ব্যক্তি তো চুরি করেছে। তিনি বললেনঃ তবে তার বাম হাত কাট। তাকে চতুর্থবারও আনা হল। তিনি বললেনঃ তাকে হত্যা কর। লোকজন বললোঃ ইয়া রাসূলাল্লাহ্! লোকটি তো চুরি করেছে। তিনি বললেনঃ তবে তার (ডান) পা কেটে ফেল। এরপর তাকে পঞ্চমবারও আনা হলে তিনি বললেনঃ এবার তাকে হত্যা কর। জাবির (রাঃ) বলেনঃ আমরা ঐ চোরকে মিরবাদ নামক স্থানের দিকে নিয়ে গেলাম। তাকে উঠাতে গেলে সে চিত হয়ে গেল। এরপর সে তার কাটা হাত-পা নিয়ে দাপাদাপি করতে লাগল। উট তার এ অবস্থা দেখে ভয়ে ছােটাছুটি শুরু করে দিল। তাকে দ্বিতীয়বার উঠানো হলো, কিন্তু সে পুনরায় ঐরূপ করলো। আবার তৃতীয়বার তাকে উঠানো হলো। পরে আমরা তাকে পাথর নিক্ষেপ করে হত্যা করি এবং তাকে এক কূপে নিক্ষেপ করি। এরপর উপর থেকে তার উপর পাথর নিক্ষেপ করি।
It was narrated that Jabir bin 'Abdullah said:"A thief was brought to the Messenger of Allah and he said: 'Kill him.' They said: 'O Messenger of Allah, he only stole.' He said: 'Cut off (his hand).' So his hand was cut off. Then he was brought a second time and he said: 'Kill him.' They said; 'O Messenger of Allah, he only stole.' He said: 'Cut off (his foot).' So his foot was cut off. He was brought to him a third time and he said: 'Kill him.' They said: 'O Messenger of Allah, he only stole. He said: 'Cut off (his other hand).' Then he was brought to him a fourth time and he said: Kill him.' They said: 'O Messenger of Allah, he only stole.' He said: 'Cut off (his other foot).' He was brought to him a fifth time and he said: "So we took him to an animal pen and attacked him. He lay down on his back then waved his arms and legs (in the air), and the camels ran away. Then they attacked him a second time and he did the same thing, then they attacked him a third time, and we threw stones at him and killed him, then we threw him into a well and threw stones on top of him." (Hasan) Abu 'Abdur-Rahman (An-Nasai) said: This Hadith is Munkar, Musab bin Thabit is not strong in Hadith
