It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that the Prophet said:"No one of you should urge someone to cancel a sale he has already agreed upon with his brother so as to sell him his own goods
মুজাহিদ ইবন মূসা (রহঃ) ... আবু হুরায়রা (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহু সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ গ্রাম্য লোকের পণ্যদ্রব্য শহরের লোক বিক্রয় করে দেবে না, দালালী করবে না, কোন ব্যক্তি তার মুসলিম ভ্রাতার দরদামের উপর দরদাম করবে না। মুসলিম ভাইয়ের বিবাহের প্রস্তাবের উপর নিজে বিবাহের প্রস্তাব দেবে না, আর কোন নারী তার মুসলিম বােনের তালাক চাইবে না, যাতে তার পাত্র শূন্য করে নিজ পাত্র পূর্ণ করতে পারে এবং তাকে (তালাকপ্রাপ্তার স্থানে) বিবাহ করা হয়। তার জন্য তা-ই রয়েছে যা আল্লাহ্ তার জন্য নির্ধারণ করে রেখেছেন।

ইবরাহীম ইবন হাসান (রহঃ) ... ইবন সীরীন (রহঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, আমি আবু হুরায়রা (রাঃ)-কে বলতে শুনেছি, রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ যারা বাজারে বিক্রি করার জন্য পণ্যদ্রব্য নিয়ে আসে, এগিয়ে গিয়ে তাদের সাথে মিলিত হবে না। যদি কেউ এরূপ করে এবং কোন বস্তু ক্রয় করে, তবে ঐ বিক্রেতা মালিক বাজারে পৌঁছার পর তার ইখতিয়ার থাকবে।
