তিনি বলেন, যে ব্যক্তি তলোয়ার খাপমুক্ত করে, তারপর লোকের উপর তা চালায়, (সে নিহত হলে) তার রক্ত বৃথা যাবে।
It was narrated from Ibn Az-Zubair that:The Messenger of Allah [SAW] said: "Whoever unsheathes his sword and starts to strike the people with it, it is permissible to shed his blood
তিনি বলেন, আমি সুআয়দ ইবন মুকাররিন এর নিকট উপবিষ্ট ছিলাম, সে সময় তিনি বললেনঃ রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ যে ব্যক্তি যুলুম-এর প্রতিরোধ করতে গিয়ে মারা যায়, সে শহীদ।
It was narrated that Abu Ja'far said:"I was sitting with Suwaid bin Muqarrin, and he said: The Messenger of Allah [SAW] said: "Whoever is killed defending himself against injustice, he is a martyr
মুহাম্মাদ ইবন রাফে' (রহঃ) ও মুহাম্মাদ ইবন ইসমাঈল ইবন ইবরাহীম (রহঃ) ... সাঈদ ইবন যায়দ (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ যে ব্যক্তি নিজ মাল রক্ষার্থে যুদ্ধ করে মারা যায়, সে শহীদ। আর যে ব্যক্তি তার পরিবারের লোকদের রক্ষা করতে গিয়ে মারা যায়, সেও শহীদ, আর যে ব্যক্তি তার দীন রক্ষা করার জন্য নিহত হয়, সেও শহীদ। এবং যে নিজ প্রাণ রক্ষা করতে গিয়ে নিহত হয়, সেও শহীদ।
It was narrated that Sa'eed bin Zaid said:"The Messenger of Allah [SAW] said: 'Whoever is killed protecting his wealth, he is a martyr. Whoever is killed protecting his family, he is a martyr. Whoever is killed protecting his religion, he is a martyr. Whoever is killed protecting himself, he is a martyr
