আমর ইবন উসমান ইবন সাঈদ (রহঃ) .... উমর (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত যে, রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেন, নিশ্চয়ই আল্লাহ্ তা'আলা তোমাদেরকে তোমাদের বাপ-দাদার নামে শপথ করতে নিষেধ করেছেন। উমর (রাঃ) বলেন, এরপর আমি আর কখনও এরূপ শপথ করিনি; নিজের থেকেও না এবং অন্যের থেকে বর্ণনাস্বরূপও না।
It was narrated from Salim, from his father, that he told him from 'Umar:"The Messenger of Allah said: 'Allah forbids you to swear by your forefathers.'" 'Umar said: "By Allah, I never swore by them again, whether saying it for myself or reporting it of others
মুহাম্মদ ইবন আবদুল্লাহ ইবন ইয়াযীদ ও সাঈদ ইবন আবদুর রহমান (রহঃ) ... উমর (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত যে, নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেন, আল্লাহ্ তা'আলা তোমাদেরকে তোমাদের বাপ-দাদার নামে শপথ করতে নিষেধ করেছেন। তিনি বলেন, আল্লাহর শপথ! এরপর থেকে আমি আর কখনও এরূপ শপথ করিনি; নিজের থেকেও ; অন্যের থেকে বর্ণনাস্বরূপও না।
It was narrated from 'Umar that the Prophet said:"Allah forbids you to swear by your forefathers." 'Umar said: "By Allah, I never swore by them again, whether saying it for myself or reporting of others
আবূ বকর ইবন আলী (রহঃ) … আবূ হুরায়রা (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেন, স্বীয় পিতাদের, মাতাদের এবং মূর্তির নামে কসম করো না। কেবল আল্লাহর নামেই শপথ করবে। আর তোমরা শপথ করো না, যদি না তোমরা সত্যবাদী হও।
It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said:"The Messenger of Allah said: 'Do not swear by your fathers, nor by your mothers nor by the idols. Swear only by Allah, and do not swear unless you are sincere
উবায়দুল্লাহ্ ইবন সাঈদ ও কুতায়বা ইবন সাঈদ (রহঃ) .... সালিম (রহঃ) তার পিতা হতে বর্ণনা করেন যে, রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম একবার উমর (রাঃ)-কে আমার পিতার কসম, আমার পিতার কসম! বলে শপথ করতে শুনলেন। তখন তিনি বললেন, আল্লাহ্ তা'আলা তোমাদেরকে তোমাদের পিতাদের নামে কসম করতে নিষেধ করেছেন। উমর (রাঃ) বলেন, আল্লাহর কসম! এরপর আমি আর কখনও আমার পিতার নামে শপথ করিনি। নিজের থেকেও না এবং অন্য কারও থেকে বর্ণনাস্বরূপও না।
