। আহমদ ইবনু আমর (রহঃ) ও হারিস ইবনু মিসকীন ... হুমরান (রহঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত যে, উসমান (রাঃ) উযূর পানি আনতে বলেন। প্রথমে তিনি তিনবার উভয় হাতের কবজি পর্যন্ত ধৌত করেন। পরে কুলি করেন ও নাকে পানি দেন। তারপর তিনবার মুখমন্ডল ধৌত করেন। এরপর তিনি তিন-তিনবার ডান ও বাম হাত কনুই পর্যন্ত ধৌত করেন। এরপর মাথা মসেহ করেন এবং তিন-তিনবার ডান ও বাম পা গোড়ালী পর্যন্ত ধৌত করেন। পরে বলেনঃ আমি রাসুলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম কে এরূপ উযূ (ওজু/অজু/অযু) করতে দেখেছি। তিনি বলেন যে, রাসুলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ যে ব্যাক্তি আমার এই উযূর ন্যায় উযূ করবে এবং দাঁড়িয়ে দু’রাকাত সালাত (তাহিয়্যাতুল উযূ) একাগ্রচিত্তে আদায় করবে, তার পেছনের গুনাহ মাফ করে দেওয়া হবে।
It was narrated that Humran the freed slave of 'Uthman said:"Uthman called for water for Wudu'. He washed his hands three times, then he rinsed his mouth and nose, then he washed his face three times, then washed his right hand up to the elbow three times. Then he washed his left hand likewise. Then he washed his left hand likewise. Then he wiped his head, then he washed his right foot up to the ankle three times, and he washed his left foot likewise, and he washed his left foot likewise. Then he said: 'I saw the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) performing Wudu' as I have just done.' Then he said: "The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: 'Whoever performs Wudu' as I have just done, then prayes two Rak'ahs without letting his thoughts wander, his previous sins will be forgiven
। মুহাম্মদ ইবনু আদম (রহঃ) ... আবূ হাইয়াহ ওয়াদায়ী (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, আমি আলী (রাঃ) কে উযূ (ওজু/অজু/অযু) করতে দেখেছি। তিনি তিনবার উভয় হাতের কবজি পর্যন্ত ধৌত করেন, তিনবার কুলি করেন, তিনবার নাক পরিষ্কার করেন, তিনবার মুখমন্ডল ধৌত করেন এবং তিনবার উভয় হাত কনুই পর্যন্ত ধৌত করেন। পরে মাথা মসেহ করেন এবং উভয় পা তিনবার করে ধৌত করেন এবং বলেনঃ এটাই রাসুলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর উযূ।
It was narrated that Abu Hayyah Al-Wadi'i said:I saw 'Ali performing Wudu'. He washed his hands three times, and rinsed his mouth three times and his nose three times, and he washed his face three times and each forearm three times. Then he wiped his head and washed each foot three times. Then he said: 'This is the Wudu' of the Prophet (ﷺ)
। মুহাম্মদ ইবনু আ’লা (রহঃ) ... উবায়দ ইবনু জুরাইজ (রহঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেনঃ আমি আবদুল্লাহ ইবনু উমর (রাঃ) কে বললামঃ আমি দেখেছি আপনি এই সিবতী* জুতা পরিধান করেন এগুলো পরিধান করেই উযূ (ওজু/অজু/অযু) করেন (এর কারণ কি)? আবদুল্লাহ (রাঃ) বলেনঃ আমি রাসুলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম কে এ সিবতী জুতা পরিধান করতে এবং তা রেখে উযূ করতে দেখেছি।
It was narrated that 'Ubaid bin Juraih said:"I said to Ibn 'Umar: 'I see you are wearing Sibtiyyah sandals, [1] and you performed Wudu' in them.' He said: 'I saw the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) wearing then and performing Wudu' in them.'" [1] Made of hairless, tanned leather
