حَدَّثَنَا خُشَيْشُ بْنُ أَصْرَمَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ جَاءَتْ هِنْدٌ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ أَبَا سُفْيَانَ رَجُلٌ مُمْسِكٌ فَهَلْ عَلَىَّ مِنْ حَرَجٍ أَنْ أُنْفِقَ عَلَى عِيَالِهِ مِنْ مَالِهِ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِهِ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ حَرَجَ عَلَيْكِ أَنْ تُنْفِقِي عَلَيْهِمْ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ " .
। ‘আয়িশাহ (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, একদা হিন্দা (রাঃ) নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-এর নিকট এসে বললেন, হে আল্লাহর রাসূল! আবূ সুফিয়ান একজন কৃপণ লোক। আমি যদি তার বিনা অনুমতিতে তার মাল থেকে তার সন্তানদের জন্য খরচ করি তাহলে আমার অন্যায় হবে? নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বললেনঃ তুমি তাদের জন্য ন্যায়সঙ্গতভাবে খরচ করলে অন্যায় হবে না।
Narrated 'Aishah:
Hind came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and said: Messenger of Allah, Abu Sufyan is a stingy person. Is there any harm to me if I spend on his dependants from his property without his permission ? The Prophet (ﷺ) replied: There is no harm to you if you spend according to the custom
। ‘আয়িশাহ (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। একদা মু‘আবিয়াহ (রাঃ)-এর মা হিন্দা রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-এর নিকট এসে বললেন, আবূ সুফিয়ান একজন কৃপণ লোক। তিনি আমার ও আমার সন্তানদের ভরণপোষণের জন্য প্রয়োজন পরিমাণ খরচ দেন না। আমি তার মাল থেকে খরচের জন্য কিছু নিলে অন্যায় হবে কি? তিনি বললেন, তোমরা ও তোমার সন্তানদের জন্য যথেষ্ট হয় এরূপ পরিমাণ মাল ন্যায়সঙ্গতভাবে নিতে পারো।
Narrated 'Aishah:
Hind, the mother of Mu'awiyah, came to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) and said: 'Abu Sufyan is a stingy person. He does not give me as much (money) as suffices me and my children. Is there any harm to me if I take something from his property ? He said: Take as much as suffices you and your children according to the custom
। ইউসুফ ইবনু মাল-মাক্কী (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, এক ব্যক্তির প্রতিপালনে কিছু ইয়াতীম ছিলো। সে তাদের ভরণপোষণের খরচ বহন করতো। আমি এর হিসাব লিখে রাখতাম। একদা ইয়াতীমরা তাকে এক হাজার দিরহামের ভুল হিসাব দিলে সে তাদের তা প্রদান করলো। কিন্তু পরে আমি হিসাব করে ঐ পরিমাণ মাল ইয়াতীমদের মালের মধ্যে পেলাম। আমি বললাম, তারা তোমার কাছ থেকে ভুল হিসাব দিয়ে যে এক হাজার দিরহাম নিয়েছে তা ফেরত নাও। সে বললো, না আমার পিতা আমাকে বলেছেন, তিনি রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-কে বলতে শুনেছেনঃ যে ব্যক্তি তোমার কাছে কিছু আমানত রেখেছে তাকে তা ফেরত দাও। আর যে ব্যক্তি তোমার সাথে খিয়ানাত করেছে তুমি তার সাথে খিয়ানাত করো না।
Narrated Yusuf ibn Malik al-Makki:
I used to write (the account of) the expenditure incurred on orphans who were under the guardianship of so-and-so. They cheated him by one thousand dirhams and he paid these (this amount) to them. I then got double the property which they deserved. I said (to the man: Take one thousand (dirhams) which they have taken from you (by cheating). He said: No, my father has told me that he heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: Pay the deposit to him who deposited it with you, and do not betray him who betrays you
। সামুরাহ ইবনু জুনদুব (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ যে ব্যক্তি অন্য কারো কাছে নিজের মাল অক্ষত অবস্থায় পেয়েছে সে তার অধিক হকদার। ক্রেতা তো মালের বিক্রেতাকেই ধরবে।
Narrated Samurah ibn Jundub:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: If anyone finds his very property with a man, he is more entitled to it (than anyone else), and the buyer should pursue the one who sold it
