। ‘আয়িশাহ (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। একদা মু‘আবিয়াহ (রাঃ)-এর মা হিন্দা রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-এর নিকট এসে বললেন, আবূ সুফিয়ান একজন কৃপণ লোক। তিনি আমার ও আমার সন্তানদের ভরণপোষণের জন্য প্রয়োজন পরিমাণ খরচ দেন না। আমি তার মাল থেকে খরচের জন্য কিছু নিলে অন্যায় হবে কি? তিনি বললেন, তোমরা ও তোমার সন্তানদের জন্য যথেষ্ট হয় এরূপ পরিমাণ মাল ন্যায়সঙ্গতভাবে নিতে পারো।
Narrated 'Aishah:
Hind, the mother of Mu'awiyah, came to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) and said: 'Abu Sufyan is a stingy person. He does not give me as much (money) as suffices me and my children. Is there any harm to me if I take something from his property ? He said: Take as much as suffices you and your children according to the custom
। সামুরাহ ইবনু জুনদুব (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ যে ব্যক্তি অন্য কারো কাছে নিজের মাল অক্ষত অবস্থায় পেয়েছে সে তার অধিক হকদার। ক্রেতা তো মালের বিক্রেতাকেই ধরবে।
Narrated Samurah ibn Jundub:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: If anyone finds his very property with a man, he is more entitled to it (than anyone else), and the buyer should pursue the one who sold it
حَدَّثَنَا خُشَيْشُ بْنُ أَصْرَمَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ جَاءَتْ هِنْدٌ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ أَبَا سُفْيَانَ رَجُلٌ مُمْسِكٌ فَهَلْ عَلَىَّ مِنْ حَرَجٍ أَنْ أُنْفِقَ عَلَى عِيَالِهِ مِنْ مَالِهِ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِهِ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ حَرَجَ عَلَيْكِ أَنْ تُنْفِقِي عَلَيْهِمْ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ " .
। ‘আয়িশাহ (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, একদা হিন্দা (রাঃ) নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-এর নিকট এসে বললেন, হে আল্লাহর রাসূল! আবূ সুফিয়ান একজন কৃপণ লোক। আমি যদি তার বিনা অনুমতিতে তার মাল থেকে তার সন্তানদের জন্য খরচ করি তাহলে আমার অন্যায় হবে? নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বললেনঃ তুমি তাদের জন্য ন্যায়সঙ্গতভাবে খরচ করলে অন্যায় হবে না।
Narrated 'Aishah:
Hind came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and said: Messenger of Allah, Abu Sufyan is a stingy person. Is there any harm to me if I spend on his dependants from his property without his permission ? The Prophet (ﷺ) replied: There is no harm to you if you spend according to the custom
। ‘আমর ইবনু শু‘আইব (রহঃ) থেকে পর্যায়ক্রমে তার পিতা ও দাদার সূত্রে বর্ণিত। এক ব্যক্তি নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-এর নিকট এসে বললো, হে আল্লাহর রাসূল! আমার সম্পদও আছে সন্তানও আছে। আমার পিতা আমার সম্পদের মুখাপেক্ষী। তিনি বলেনঃ তুমি এবং তোমার সম্পদ উভয়ই তোমার পিতার। তোমাদের সন্তান তোমাদের জন্য সর্বোত্তম উপার্জন। সুতরাং তোমরা তোমাদের সন্তানদের উপার্জন খাবে।
Narrated Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-'As:
A man came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and said: Messenger of Allah, I have property and children, and my father finishes my property. He replied; You and your property belong to your father; your children come from the pleasantest of what you earn; so enjoy from the earning of your children
