। জাবির ইবনু ‘আব্দুল্লাহ (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এমন সম্পত্তিতে শুফ‘আর ব্যবস্থা রেখেছেন যা এখনো বণ্টন করা হয়নি। সীমানা চিহ্নিত হয়ে গেলে এবং পৃথক রাস্তা করা হলে আর শুফ‘আর অধিকার থাকে না।
Narrated Jabir bin ‘Abdullah:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) decreed the right to buy the neighboring property applicable to everything which is not divided, but when boundaries are fixed and separate roads made, there is no option
। জাবির (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ প্রত্যেক শরীকানা সম্পদে শুফ‘আর অধিকার আছে। চাই তা বাড়ি হোক কিংবা বাগান। অন্যান্য শরীকদের না জানিয়ে তা বিক্রি করা উচিত নয়। কেউ যদি শরীককে না জানিয়ে বিক্রি করে তাহলে অপর শরীকদের শুফ‘আর অধিকারী হবে। অবশ্য সে বিক্রিতে সম্মতি দিলে ভিন্ন কথা।
Narrated Jabir:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) as saying: There is the right of option regarding everything which is shared, whether a dwelling or a garden. It is not lawful to sell before informing one's partner, but if he sells without informing him, he has the greatest right to it
। আবূ হুরাইরাহ (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ যখন যমীন ভাগ করা হয়ে যায় এবং সীমানা নির্ধারণ করা হয়ে যায়, তখন আর শুফ‘আর অধিকার থাকে না।
Narrated AbuHurayrah:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: When land has been divided and boundaries have been set up, there is no right of pre-emption in it
। আল-কাসিম ইবনু ‘আব্দুর রাহমান (রহঃ) থেকে তার পিতার সূত্রে বর্ণিত। ‘আব্দুল্লাহ ইবনু মাস‘ঊদ (রাঃ) আশ‘আস ইবনু কায়িস (রাঃ)-এর কাছে কিছু গোলাম বিক্রি করেন। অতঃপর হাদীসের বাকী অংশ উপরের হাদীসের অনুরূপ। তবে এতে কিছু কম-বেশী আছে।
Al-Qasim b. 'Abd al-Rahman reported on the authority of his father:Ibn Mas'ud sold slaves to al-Ash'ath b. Qais. He then narrated the rest of the tradition to the same effect with some variation of words
