। আল-কাসিম ইবনু ‘আব্দুর রাহমান (রহঃ) থেকে তার পিতার সূত্রে বর্ণিত। ‘আব্দুল্লাহ ইবনু মাস‘ঊদ (রাঃ) আশ‘আস ইবনু কায়িস (রাঃ)-এর কাছে কিছু গোলাম বিক্রি করেন। অতঃপর হাদীসের বাকী অংশ উপরের হাদীসের অনুরূপ। তবে এতে কিছু কম-বেশী আছে।
Al-Qasim b. 'Abd al-Rahman reported on the authority of his father:Ibn Mas'ud sold slaves to al-Ash'ath b. Qais. He then narrated the rest of the tradition to the same effect with some variation of words
। ‘আব্দুর রাহমান ইবনু কায়িস ইবনু মুহাম্মাদ ইবনুল আশ‘আস (রহঃ) থেকে পর্যায়ক্রমে তার পিতা ও দাদার সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি (কায়িস) বলেন, আশ‘আস (রাঃ) ‘আব্দুল্লাহ ইবনু মাসঊদ (রাঃ)-এর কাছ থেকে বিশ হাজার দিরহামে কয়েকটি গোলাম কিনলেন। এগুলো তিনি পেয়েছিলেন গানীমাতের এক-পঞ্চমাংশ থেকে। ‘আব্দুল্লাহ ইবনু মাসঊদ (রাঃ) তার কাছে দাম চেয়ে পাঠালেন। তিনি বললেন, আমি দশ হাজার দিরহামে কিনেছি। ‘আব্দুল্লাহ (রাঃ) বললেনঃ তুমি এমন কোনো ব্যক্তিকে বেছে নাও, যিনি আমার ও তোমার মাঝে মধ্যস্ততা করবে। ‘আব্দুল্লাহ (রাঃ) বলেন, আমি রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-কে বলতে শুনেছি, ক্রেতা ও বিক্রেতার মাঝে মতভেদ হলে যদি এ ব্যাপারে কারো কাছে কোনো প্রমাণ না থাকে তাহলে পণ্যের মালিকের কথা গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে কিংবা উভয়েই চুক্তি বাতিল করবে।
Narrated Abdullah ibn Mas'ud:
Muhammad ibn al-Ash'ath said: Al-Ash'ath bought slaves of booty from Abdullah ibn Mas'ud for twenty thousand (dirhams. Abdullah asked him for payment of their price. He said: I bought them for ten thousand (dirhams). Abdullah said: Appoint a man who may adjudicate between me and you. Al-Ash'ath said: (I appoint) you between me and yourself. Abdullah said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: If both parties in a business transaction differ (on the price of an article), and they have witness between them, the statement of the owner of the article will be accepted (as correct) or they may annul the transaction
। জাবির (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ প্রত্যেক শরীকানা সম্পদে শুফ‘আর অধিকার আছে। চাই তা বাড়ি হোক কিংবা বাগান। অন্যান্য শরীকদের না জানিয়ে তা বিক্রি করা উচিত নয়। কেউ যদি শরীককে না জানিয়ে বিক্রি করে তাহলে অপর শরীকদের শুফ‘আর অধিকারী হবে। অবশ্য সে বিক্রিতে সম্মতি দিলে ভিন্ন কথা।
Narrated Jabir:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) as saying: There is the right of option regarding everything which is shared, whether a dwelling or a garden. It is not lawful to sell before informing one's partner, but if he sells without informing him, he has the greatest right to it
حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مَرْوَانَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ الزَّنْجِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، رضى الله عنها أَنَّ رَجُلاً، ابْتَاعَ غُلاَمًا فَأَقَامَ عِنْدَهُ مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ أَنْ يُقِيمَ ثُمَّ وَجَدَ بِهِ عَيْبًا فَخَاصَمَهُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَرَدَّهُ عَلَيْهِ فَقَالَ الرَّجُلُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَدِ اسْتَغَلَّ غُلاَمِي . فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " الْخَرَاجُ بِالضَّمَانِ " . قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ هَذَا إِسْنَادٌ لَيْسَ بِذَاكَ .
। ‘আয়িশাহ (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। এক ব্যক্তি একটি কৃতদাস কিনলো। আল্লাহ যতদিন চাইলেন গোলামটি তার কাছেই থাকলো। অতঃপর সে তার মধ্যে দোষ দেখতে পেলো। তখন লোকটি বিক্রেতার বিরুদ্ধে নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-এর কাছে অভিযোগ পেশ করলো। তিনি গোলামটি বিক্রেতাকে ফেরত দিলেন। বিক্রেতা বললো, হে আল্লাহর রাসূল! আমার গোলাম এতদিনে যা উপার্জন করেছে (তা কি হবে)? রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বললেনঃ মুনাফা ঝুকির সাথে সম্পৃক্ত। ইমাম আবূ দাঊদ (রহঃ) বলেন, এই হাদীসের সনদ তেমন নির্ভরযোগ্য নয়।
Narrated Aisha, Ummul Mu'minin:
A man bought a slave, and he remained with him as long as Allah wished him to remain. He then found defect in him. He brought his dispute with him to the Prophet (ﷺ) and he returned him to him. The man said: Messenger of Allah, my slave earned some wages. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) then said: Profit follows responsibility. Abu Dawud said: This chain of narrators (of this version) is not reliable
