। কুতায়বা (রহঃ) ... আবূ কাতাদা (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসুলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম জোহর এবং আসরের প্রথম দুরাকআতে সূরা ফাতিহা এবং অন্য দুটি সূরা পাঠ করতেন। আর কোন কোন সময় আমাদের আয়াত শুনাতেন। তিনি জোহরের প্রথম রাকআত লম্বা করতেন আর দ্বিতীয় রাকআত সংক্ষিপ্ত করতেন। তিনি এরূপ করতেন ফজরের সালাতেও।
It was narrated that Abu Salamah said:"The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to recite the Umm Al-Quran and two surahs in the first two rak'ahs of Zuhr and 'Asr, and he would make us hear a verse sometimes, and he used to make the first rak'ah of zuhr lengthy, and he did likewise in Subh
। মুহাম্মাদ ইবনু মুছান্না (রহঃ) ... আবূ কাতাদা (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসুলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম যোহর এবং আসরের সালাতের প্রথম দু রাকাআতে সূরা ফাতিহা এবং অন্য দুটি সূরা আর শেষের দু' রাকাআতে সূরা ফাতিহা পাঠ করতেন। আর কোন সময় আমাদের কিরাআত শুনাতেন। আর তিনি জোহরের প্রথম রাকাআত লম্বা করতেন।
It was narrated from Abdullah bin Abi Qatadah that his father said:"The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to recite the Umm Al-Quran and two surahs in the first two rak'ahs of Zuhr and 'Asr, and in the last two with Umm Al-Quran, and he would make us hear a verse sometimes, and he used to make the first rak'ah lengthy
أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ يَقْرَأُ فِي الظُّهْرِ وَالْعَصْرِ بِالسَّمَاءِ ذَاتِ الْبُرُوجِ وَالسَّمَاءِ وَالطَّارِقِ وَنَحْوِهِمَا .
। আমর ইবনু আলী (রহঃ) ... জাবির ইবনু সামুরাহ (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত যে, নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম যোহব এবং আসরের সালাতে “ওয়াস্সামায়ি যাতিল বুরুজ” এবং “ওয়াস্সামায়ি ওয়াত তারিক”- এবং এতদুভয়ের মত সূরা পাঠ করতেন।
It was narrated from Jabir bin Samurah that :The Prophet (ﷺ) used to recite "By the heaven holding the big stars" and: "By the heaven, and At-Tariq (the night-comer, i.e. the bright star)" and similar surahs in Zuhr and 'Asr
। উবায়দুল্লাহ ইবনু সা’য়ীদ (রহঃ) ... আবূ কাতাদা (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসুলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম আমাদের নিয়ে জোহরের সালাত আদায় করতেন। প্রথম দু-রাকআতে আমাদের কখনও কখনও কিরাআত শুনাতেন। তিনি প্রথম রাকআত লম্বা করতেন আর দ্বিতীয় রাকআত সংক্ষিপ্ত করতেন। তিনি ফজরের সালাতেও এরূপ করতেন। প্রথম রাকআত দীর্ঘ করতেন এবং দ্বিতীয় রাকআত সংক্ষিপ্ত করতেন। আর তিনি আসরের সালাতের প্রথম দু'রাকআত আমাদের সাথে নিয়ে এমনভাবে আদায় করতেন যে, প্রথম রাকআত লম্বা করতেন এবং দ্বিতীয় রাকআত সংক্ষিপ্ত করতেন।
