মুহাম্মদ ইবন আবদুল্লাহ ইবন মুবারক (রহঃ) ... যুরারা ইবন আওফা (রহঃ) ইমরান ইবন হুসায়ন (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণনা করেন যে, এক ব্যক্তি অন্য এক ব্যক্তির বাহু কামড়ে ধরে, ফলে তার দাঁত পড়ে যায়। সে নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর নিকট গিয়ে তা বর্ণনা করলে তিনি বললেনঃ তুমি তোমার ভাইয়ের বাহু জানোয়ারের মত কামড়াতে চেয়েছিলে। তিনি তার দিয়াত বাতিল করে দিলেন।
It was narrated from 'Imran bin Husain that:a man bit another man in the forearm, and his front tooth fell out, so he went to the Prophet and told him about that. He said: "Do you want to bite your brother's forearm as a stallion bites?" And he judged it to be invalid
أَخْبَرَنَا سُوَيْدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ زُرَارَةَ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ، أَنَّ يَعْلَى، قَالَ فِي الَّذِي عَضَّ فَنَدَرَتْ ثَنِيَّتُهُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " لاَ دِيَةَ لَكَ " .
সুওয়ায়দ ইবন নাসর (রহঃ) ... যুরারা (রহঃ) ইমরান ইবন হুসায়ন (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণনা করেন যে, ইয়ালা বলেন, এক ব্যক্তি অন্যজনের হাতে কামড় দিলে তার দাঁত পড়ে যায়। রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বললেনঃ তোমার জন্য কোন দিয়াত নেই।
It was narrated from 'Imran bin Husain that:Ya'la said, concerning the one who bit (another), and his front tooth fell out, that the Prophet said: "There is no Diyah for you." (Sahih)
সে অন্য এক ব্যক্তির সাথে ঝগড়া করলে তাদের একজন অন্যজকে কামড়ে দেয়। অপর ব্যক্তি তার মুখ থেকে হাত টেনে নিলে তার দাঁত পড়ে যায়। পরে এই মোকদ্দমা সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর নিকট পেশ করা হলে তিনি বললেনঃ তোমাদের একজন নিজের ভাইকে কামড়াবে, যেমন যুবক উট কামড়ায়? তিনি তার দিয়াত বাতিল করে দেন।
It was narrated from Ya'la bin Munyah that:he fought a man and one of them bit the other, who pulled his forearm away from his mouth, and a front tooth fell out. The matter was referred to the Prophet and he said: "Would one of you bite his brother as a young camel bites?" And judged it to be invalid
মুহাম্মদ ইবন মুসান্না (রহঃ) ... যুরারা (রহঃ) ইমরান ইবন হুসায়ন (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণনা করেন যে, তিনি বলেন, ইয়ালা এক ব্যক্তির সাথে ঝগড়া করলো এবং তাদের একজন অন্যজনের হাতে কামড় দিল। সে তার মুখ থেকে নিজের হাত টেনে নিতেই অন্যজনের দাঁত পড়ে গেল। পরে উভয়ে রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর নিকট বিচারপ্রার্থী হয়ে আসল। তিনি বললেন, তোমাদের একেকজন তার ভাইকে কামড় দেবে আবার দিয়াতও চাইবে? তার জন্য কোন দিয়াত নেই।
It was narrated that 'Imran bin Husain said:"Ya'la fought with a man, and one of them bit the other, who pulled his hand away from his mouth, and a front tooth fell out. They referred their dispute to the Messenger of Allah and he said: 'Would one of you bite his brother as a stallion bites? There is no Diyah for that
