আলী ইবন হুজুর (রহঃ) ... জাবির ইবন আবদুল্লাহ (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, আমি এক সফরে রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর সঙ্গে ছিলাম। পথে আমার উট অচল হয়ে গেলে আমি ঐ উটকে ছেড়ে দিতে ইচ্ছা করলাম। এমন সময় রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এসে আমার সথে মিলিত হলেন এবং তিনি ঐ উটের জন্য দু'আ করলেন এবং তাকে হাঁকালেন। পরে তা এমন দ্রুত চলতে লাগলো যে, পূর্বে কখনও তা এমন চলেনি। তখন রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বললেনঃ এই উট চল্লিশ দিরহামের বিনিময়ে আমার কাছে বিক্রি করে দাও। আমি বললামঃ আমি তা বিক্রি করবো না। তিনি বললেনঃ বিক্রি করে ফেল। তখন আমি চল্লিশ দিরহামের বিনিময়ে তা বিক্রি করে ফেললাম এবং এই শর্তে করলাম যে, আমরা মদীনায় পৌছা পর্যন্ত তাতে সওয়ার হব। যখন আমরা মদীনায় পৌছলাম, তখন আমি উট নিয়ে রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর নিকট উপস্থিত হলাম এবং মূল্য চাইলাম। তারপর আমি ফিরে চললে রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম আমাকে ডেকে পাঠালেন। তারপর বললেনঃ তুমি কি মনে কর যে, আমি তোমার সাথে দর-কষাকষি করেছিলাম তোমার উট নেয়ার জন্য? নাও, এই তোমার উট এবং এই তোমার দিরহাম।
It was narrated that Jabir bin 'Abdullah said:"I was with the Prophet on a journey, and my camel got tired. I thought I wanted to let it go, but the Messenger of "Allah met me and prayed for it (the camel) and hit it. Then it started to run like never before. He said: 'Sell it to me for one Uwqyah.' I said" 'No.' He said: 'Sell it to me.' So I sold it to him for one Uwqiyah but stipulated an exception, to ride it until we reached al-Madinah. When we reached Al-Medina, I brought the camel to him and asked him for its price, then I went back. He sent word to me saying; 'Do you think I bargained with you to take your camel?' Take your camel and your Dirhams
ইসহাক ইবন ইবরাহীম (রহঃ) ... ইবন উমর (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ যে ব্যক্তি পরাগায়ণের পর খেজুর বৃক্ষ ক্রয় করে, তার ফল বিক্রেতা পাবে। তবে যদি ক্রেতা শর্ত করে নেয়, তাহলে সে পাবে। আর যে ব্যক্তি দাস বিক্রি করে, আর ঐ দাসের কিছু মাল থাকে, সেই মাল বিক্রেতার, কিন্তু যদি ক্রেতা শর্ত করে, তবে মাল তার হবে।
It was narrated from Salim, from his father that the Prophet said:"Whoever buys a date-palm tree after it has been pollinated, its fruits belong to the seller, unless the purchaser has stipulated otherwise. And whoever buys a slave who has wealth, his wealth belongs to the seller, unless the purchaser has stipulated otherwise. "(sahih)
মুহাম্মদ ইবন ইয়াহইয়া (রহঃ) ... জাবির (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, আমি রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর সঙ্গে আমাদের একটি পানি বহনকারী উটের উপর সওয়ার হয়ে জিহাদ করেছি। এর পর তিনি লম্বা হাদীস বর্ণনা করে বললেন কিছু কথা, যার মর্ম হলো, আমার উট অচল হয়ে গেল; রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম সে উটকে হাঁকালে সেটি দ্রুত চলতে আরম্ভ করল। এমনকি তা বাহিনীর অগ্রগামী হয়ে গেল। তখন রাসূলুল্লাহসাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বললেনঃ হে জাবির! আমি তা দেখেছি, তোমার উট দ্রুতগামী হয়ে গেছে। আমি বললামঃ ইয়া রাসূলাল্লাহ! সে তোমরা আপনার বরকতে। তিনি বললেনঃ তুমি তা আমার নিকট বিক্রয় কর এবং মদীনায় পৌছা পর্যন্ত তাতে আরোহণ কর। আমি তা তাঁর নিকট বিক্রয় করলাম, যদিও আমর উটের অত্যন্ত প্রয়োজন ছিল। আমার লজ্জা হলো যে, তিনি ক্রয় করতে চাচ্ছেন, আর আমি তা বিক্রয় করবো না। জিহাদ শেষে আমরা যখন মদীনার নিকটবর্তী হলাম, তখন আমি দ্রুত গমনের জন্য তাঁর নিকট অনুমতি প্রার্থনা করলাম। আমি বললামঃ ইয়া রাসূলাল্লাহ! আমি সদ্য বিবাহিত। তিনি বললেনঃ তুমি কুমারী বিবাহ করেছ, না বিধবা? আমি বললামঃ বিধবা। কারণ আমার পিতার মৃত্যুর পর তিনি কয়েকজন কুমারী কন্যা রেখে গেছেন। সেজন্য তাদের সামনে একটি কুমারী স্ত্রী বিবাহ করা আমার ভাল মনে হয়নি। তাই আমি বিধবা বিবাহ করেছি। যেন সে তাদেরকে শিক্ষা দেয় এবং আদব-কায়দার তালীম দেয়। রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম আমাকে অনুমতি দান করলেন এবং বললেনঃ রাত্রে স্ত্রীর নিকট গমন কর। আমি মদীনায় এসে মামার নিকট উট বিক্রি করার ঘটনা বললাম। তিনি আমাকে তিরস্কার করলেন। রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম মদীনায় আসলে আমি ভোরে উট নিয়ে গেলাম। তখন তিনি উটের মূল্য দিলেন এবং উটও ফিরিয়ে দিলেন। তিনি অন্যান্যের সঙ্গে আমাকে গনীমতের অংশ দান করলেন।
It was narrated that Jabir said:"I went on a campaign with the Messenger of Allah riding a camel of ours," then he quoted the whole Hadih. Then he said words to the effect that: "The camel got tried and the Prophet hit it, so it became energetic and came to the front of the army. The Prophet said: 'O Jabir, I see that your camel has become energetic.' I said: "It is because of your blessing, O Messenger of Allah,' He said: 'Sell it to me, and you can ride it till we arrive (in Al-Madinah). 'So I sold it to him. I was in great need of it myself but I felt too shy to refuse. When we finished our campaign, and we were close to Al-Madinah, I asked his permission to go on ahead. I said: 'O Messenger of Allah, I am newly married.' He said; 'Have you married a virgin or a previously married woman?' I said: 'A previously married woman, O Messenger of Allah. 'Abdullah bin 'Arm died and left behind young druthers, and I did not like to bring to them someone who was like them, so I married a previously married woman who could teach the, and rise them with good manners.' So he gave me permission, and said to me; 'Go to When I arrived, I told my maternal uncle that I had sold the camel and he scolded me. When the Messenger of Allah came, I brought the camel to him, and he gave me the price of the camel, and the camel, and share (of the spoils of war) with the rest of the people
أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " أَيُّمَا امْرِئٍ أَبَّرَ نَخْلاً ثُمَّ بَاعَ أَصْلَهَا فَلِلَّذِي أَبَّرَ ثَمَرُ النَّخْلِ إِلاَّ أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ " .
কুতায়বা (রহঃ) ... ইবন উমর (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত যে, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ যে ব্যক্তি কোন খেজুর গাছে পরাগায়ণ করে, তারপর সেই গাছ বিক্রি করে, তবে ফল তারই থাকবে। যদি ক্রেতা এই শর্ত করে যে, ফল আমি নেব, আর বিক্রেতা তাতে সম্মত হয়ে যায়, তাহলে ফল তার হবে।
It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that the Prophet said:"Any man who pollinates a date-palm tree then sells it, the fruits of the tree are for the one who pollinated it, unless the purchaser stipulated otherwise
