মুহাম্মদ ইবন মানসূর (রহঃ) ... সাঈদ ইবন জুবাইর (রহঃ) বলেন, আমি ইবন উমর (রাঃ)-এর নিকট লি'আনকারীদের বিষয় জিজ্ঞাসা করলে তিনি বলেনঃ রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম লি'আনকারী পুরুষ এবং স্ত্রীকে বলেন, তোমাদের ব্যাপার আল্লাহর দায়িত্বে। তোমাদের একজন নিশ্চয় মিথ্যাবাদী, তোমার তার উপর কোন কর্তৃত্ব নেই। পুরুষ লোকটি বললোঃ ইয়া রাসূলাল্লাহ্! তার কাছে আমার মাল রয়েছে। তিনি বললেনঃ তার কাছে এখন তুমি কিছুই পাবে না, অর্থাৎ যদি তুমি সত্যবাদী হও, তবে তুমি তো তার লজ্জাস্থান ব্যবহার করেছ, এর বিনিময়ে তোমার মাল নিয়েছ, আর যদি তুমি মিথ্যাবাদী হও, তবে ঐ মাল চাওয়ার তুমি উপযুক্ত নও এবং তোমার মর্যাদার পরিপন্থী।
It was narrated that 'Amr said:"I heard Sa'eed bin Jubair say: 'I asked Ibn 'Umar about the two who engage in Li'an. He said: 'The Messenger of Allah said to the two who engaged in Li'an: Your reckoning will be with Allah. One of you is lying, and you cannot stay with her. He said: O Messenger of Allah, my wealth! He said: You are not entitled to any wealth. If you are telling the truth about her, then it is in return for having been allowed intimacy with her, and if you are lying then you are even less entitled to it
যিয়াদ ইবন আইউব (রহঃ) ... সাঈদ ইবন যুবায়র (রহঃ) বলেন, আমি ইবন উমর (রাঃ)-এর নিকট জিজ্ঞাসা করলামঃ যদি কোন ব্যক্তি তার স্ত্রীকে ব্যভিচারের অপবাদ দেয়, তাহলে কি হবে? তিনি বললেনঃ রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বনী আজলানের স্বামী-স্ত্রী থেকে পৃথক করে দেন এবং বলেন, আল্লাহ্ তা'আলার জানা আছে, তোমাদের মধ্যে কোন একজন মিথ্যাবাদী, যদি তোমাদের মধ্যে কোন একজন তাওবা করে, তবে ভাল, তিনি উভয়কে একথা তিনবার বলেন। কিন্তু উভয়ে তা করতে অস্বীকার করলে তিনি তাদেরকে পৃথক করে দেন। তিনি বলেনঃ লি'আনকারী পুরুষ ব্যক্তিটি রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-কে জিজ্ঞাসা করলোঃ ঐ স্ত্রী লোকটির নিকট আমার মাল আছে, আমি তা পাব কি না? তিনি বললেনঃ যদি তুমি সত্যবাদী হও, তবে তুমি ঐ স্ত্রীকে নিজের কাজে ব্যবহার করেছ, কাজেই ঐ মাল তুমি পাবে না। আর যদি তুমি মিথ্যা বলে থাকে, তাহলে ঐ মাল নেয়া এবং ফেরৎ পাওয়া মুশকিল।
It was narrated from Ayyub, that Sa'eed bin Jubair said:"I said to Ibn 'Umar: 'A man accused his wife.' He said: 'The Messenger of Allah separated the couple from Banu 'Ajlan and said: Allah knows that one of you is lying, so will either of you repent? He said that to them three times and they did not respond, then he separated them.'" (One of the narrators) Ayyub said: "Amr bin Dinar said: 'In this Hadith there is something that I think you are not narrating.' He said: 'The man said: My wealth. He said: You are not entitled to any wealth. If you are telling the truth, you have consummated the marriage with her, and if you are lying then you are even less entitled to it
أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ لاَعَنَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بَيْنَ رَجُلٍ وَامْرَأَتِهِ وَفَرَّقَ بَيْنَهُمَا وَأَلْحَقَ الْوَلَدَ بِالأُمِّ .
কুতায়বা (রহঃ) ... ইবন উমর (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেনঃ রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম পুরুষ এবং স্ত্রীলোকটির মধ্যে লি’আন করার আদেশ দেন এবং তাদের পৃথক করে দেন, আর সন্তানকে তার মায়ের হাতে ন্যাস্ত করেন।
It was narrated that Ibn 'Umar said:"The Messenger of Allah conducted the procedure of Li'an between a man and his wife, and he separated them and attributed the child to his mother
আমর ইবন আলী ও মুহাম্মদ ইবন মুছান্না (রহঃ) ... সাঈদ ইবন যুবায়র (রহঃ) বলেন, মুসআব (রাঃ) লি'আনকারীদের পৃথক করে দেননি। সাঈদ (রহঃ) বলেন, আমি ইবন উমরের নিকট তা বর্ণনা করলে তিনি বললেনঃ রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বনী আজলানের স্বামী-স্ত্রীর মধ্যে পৃথক করে দিয়েছিলেন।
