আবূ তাহির ও মুহাম্মাদ ইবনু আব্বাদ (রহঃ) ..... জাবির ইবনু আবদুল্লাহ্ (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত যে, রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ তুমি যদি তোমার কোন এক ভাইয়ের নিকট ফল বিক্রি করো, তারপর প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগের কারণে তা বিনষ্ট হয়ে যায়, তবে তার থেকে কিছু আদায় করা তোমার জন্যে হালাল নয়। তোমার ভাইয়ের অর্থ না-হকভাবে কিরূপে গ্রহণ করবে? Jabir b. Abdullah (Allah be pleased with them) reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) saying:If You sell fruits to your brother (and Jabir b. Ahduthh reported through another chain of narrators: If you were to sell fruits to your brother) and these is a stricken with Calamity, it is not permissible for you to get anything from him. Why do you get the wealth of your brother, without jutification?
ইয়াহইয়া ইবনু আইয়্যুব, কুতাইবাহ ও আলী ইবনু হুজর (রহঃ) ..... আনাস (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত যে, খেজুরের রং পরিবর্তন হয়ে পরিপক্ক হওয়ার পূর্বে তা বিক্রি করতে নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম নিষেধ করেছেন। আমরা আনাস (রাযিঃ) কে জিজ্ঞেস করলাম, রং পরিবর্তন হওয়া বলতে কী বুঝায়? তিনি বললেন, লাল রং বা হলদে রং ধারণ করা। বল তো দেখি, আল্লাহ যদি ফল নষ্ট করে দেন তবে কোন অধিকারে তোমার ভাইয়ের কাছ থেকে অর্থ কিরূপে হালাল করতে পার? Anas (Allah be pleased with him) reported that Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) forbade the sale of the fruit of date-palms until it becomes mellow. We (some of the other narrators in the chain of transmitters) said:What does the word" mellow" mean? He said: (There the fruit) turns red or yellow. Don't you see if Allah had checked (the growth of) fruits; then what for the wealth of your brother would be permissible for you?
وَحَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبَانُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا أَنَسُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم دَخَلَ نَخْلاً لأُمِّ مُبَشِّرٍ - امْرَأَةٍ مِنَ الأَنْصَارِ - فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَنْ غَرَسَ هَذَا النَّخْلَ أَمُسْلِمٌ أَمْ كَافِرٌ " . قَالُوا مُسْلِمٌ . بِنَحْوِ حَدِيثِهِمْ .
আবদ ইবনু হুমায়দ (রহঃ) ..... আনাস ইবনু মালিক (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত যে, রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম একদা উম্মু মুবাশশির নাম্নী এক আনসারী মহিলার খেজুর বাগানে গমন করেন। তখন রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম জিজ্ঞেস করেন, এ খেজুর গাছ কে লাগিয়েছে, কোন মুসলিম ব্যক্তি না কোন কাফির ব্যক্তি? তারা বলল, একজন মুসলিম। এরপর উপরে উল্লিখিত রাবীদের বর্ণিত হাদীসের অনুরূপ বর্ণনা করেন। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৩৮৩০, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
Anas b. Malik (Allah be pleased with him) reported that Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) visited the date-palms of Umm Mubashshir (Allah be pleased with her), a lady from the Ansar, and said:Who planted this palm-a Muslim or an unbelievers The rest of the hadith is the same
