আবূ কুরায়ব (রহঃ) ..... হিশাম (রহঃ) থেকে তাঁর পিতার সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, ইয়াহইয়া ইবনু সাঈদ ইবনুল আস (রাযিঃ) আবদুর রহমান ইবনু হাকাম এর কন্যাকে বিয়ে করেন। এরপর তিনি তাকে তিন ত্বলাক (তালাক) (তালাক) দেন এবং তাকে তার থেকে বের করে দেন। উরওয়াহ (রহঃ) এতে তাদের ভৎসনা করেন। তারা বললেন, ফাত্বিমাহ বিনতু কায়স (রাযিঃ)ও তো ঘর থেকে বের হয়েছিলেন। উরওয়াহ বলেন, আমি আয়িশাহ্ (রাযিঃ) এর কাছে এলাম এবং তার কাছে এ ঘটনা উপস্থাপন করলাম। তিনি বললেন, ফাতিমাহ বিনতু কায়স এর জন্য কোন কল্যাণ নেই যে, সে এ হাদীস বর্ণনা করবে। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৩৫৭৯, ইসলামীক সেন্টার)
Hisham reported on the authority of his father that Yahya b. Sa'id b. al-'As married the daughter of 'Abd al-Rahman b. al-Hakam, and he divorced her and he turned her out from his house. 'Urwa (Allah be -pleased with him) criticised this (action) of theirs (the members of the family of her in-laws). They said:Verily, Fatima too went out (of her in-laws' house). 'Urwa said: I came to 'A'isha (Allah be pleased with her) and told her about it and she said: There is no good for Fatima bint Qais (Allah be pleased with her) in making mention of it
وَحَدَّثَنِي حَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْحُلْوَانِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ، حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، عَنِ السُّدِّيِّ، عَنِ الْبَهِيِّ، عَنْ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ قَيْسٍ، قَالَتْ طَلَّقَنِي زَوْجِي ثَلاَثًا فَلَمْ يَجْعَلْ لِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم سُكْنَى وَلاَ نَفَقَةً .
হাসান ইবনু আলী আল হুলওয়ানী (রহঃ) ..... ফাত্বিমাহ বিনতু কায়স (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, আমার স্বামী আমাকে তিন ত্বলাক (তালাক) (তালাক) দিলেন। এরপর রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম আমার জন্য বাসস্থান এবং খোরপোষের ফায়সালা দেননি। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৩৫৭৮, ইসলামীক সেন্টার)
Fatima bint Qais (Allah be pleased with her) reported:My husband divorced me with three pronouncements and Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) made no provision for lodging and maintenance allowance
তিনি বলেন, আমি বললাম, হে আল্লাহর রসূল! আমার স্বামী আমাকে তিন ত্বলাক (তালাক) (তালাক) দিয়েছেন, আমার আশংকা হয় যে, তিনি আমার উপর চড়াও হবেন। তখন তিনি তাকে অন্যত্র চলে যাবার নির্দেশ দিলেন এবং তিনি চলে গেলেন। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৩৫৮০, ইসলামীক সেন্টার)
Fatima bint Qais (Allah be pleased with her) reported that she said:Allah's Messenger, my husband has divorcee me with three pronouncements and I am afraid that I may be put to hardship, and so he commanded her and so she moved (to another house)
উবায়দুল্লাহ ইবনু মু'আয আল আম্বারী (রহঃ) ..... আবূ বকর (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, আবদুল্লাহ ইবনু যুবায়র (রাযিঃ) এর শাসনামলে আমি এবং আবূ সালামাহ্ (রাযিঃ) ফাতিমাহ বিনতু কায়স (রাযিঃ) এর কাছে গেলাম। তখন তিনি আমাদেরকে সুফইয়ানের হাদীসের অনুরূপ বর্ণনা করে বললেন যে, তার স্বামী তাকে বায়িন ত্বলাক (তালাক) (তালাক) দিয়েছেন। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৩৫৭৭, ইসলামীক সেন্টার)
Abu Bakr reported:I and Abu Salama came to Fatima bint Qais (Allah be pleased with her) during the time of Ibn Zubair (Allah be pleased with him) and she narrated to us that her husband gave her an irrevocable divorce. (The rest of the hadith is the same)
