আলী ইবনু হুজুর আস সা'দী ও ইসহাক ইবনু ইবরাহীম আল হান্যালী (রহঃ) [শব্দাবলী ইসহাক-এর] ..... আব্বাস ইবনু আবদুল্লাহ ইবনু যুবায়র (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
‘আয়িশাহ (রাযিঃ) সা'দ ইবনু আবূ ওয়াক্কাস এর লাশ মসজিদে নিয়ে আসতে ও মসজিদের ভিতরে জানাযার সালাত আদায় করতে নির্দেশ দিলেন। উপস্থিত লোকেরা তার আদেশ পালনে অসম্মতি প্রকাশ করল। তিনি বললেন, লোকেরা এত তাড়াতাড়ি ভুলে গেল! রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম সুহায়ল ইবনু বায়যা এর জানাযার সালাত মসজিদেই আদায় করেছিলেন। (ইসলামী ফাউন্ডেশন ২১২১, ইসলামীক সেন্টার)
Abbad b. 'Abdullah b. Zubair reported that 'A'isha ordered the bier of Sa'd b. Abu Waqqas to be brought into the mosque so that she should pray for him. The people disapproved this (act) of hers. She said:How soon the people have forgotten that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) offered not the funeral prayer of Suhail b al-Baida' but in a mosque
হাসান ইবনুর রাবী’ আল বাজালী (রহঃ) ..... আবূ মারসাদ আল গানবী (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, আমি রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম কে বলতে শুনেছিঃ তোমরা কবরের দিকে সালাত আদায় করো না এবং কবরের উপর বসো না। (ইসলামী ফাউন্ডেশন ২১২০, ইসলামীক সেন্টার)
Abu Marthad al-Ghanawi reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:Do not pray facing towards the graves, and do not sit on them
মুহাম্মাদ ইবনু হাতিম (রহঃ) ..... আয়িশাহ (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
যখন সা'দ ইবনু আব ওয়াক্কাস (রাযিঃ) ইনতিকাল করলেন, নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর স্ত্রীগণ তার লাশ মসজিদে নিয়ে আসার জন্য বলে পাঠালেন যাতে তারাও তার জানাযাহ আদায় করতে পারেন। উপস্থিত লোকেরা তাই করল। তাকে উম্মাহাতুল মু'মিনীনদের ঘরের সামনে রাখা হল এবং তারা তার জানাযার সালাত আদায় করলেন। অতঃপর তাকে বাবুল জানায়িয (জানাযাহ বের করার দরজা) দিয়ে যা মাকাইদ এর দিকে ছিল, বের করা হল। লোকেরা এ খবর জানতে পেয়ে বলল, কি ব্যাপার! জানাযাহ মসজিদে ঢুকানো হয়েছে? আয়িশাহ (রাযিঃ) এর নিকট এ সংবাদ পৌছলে তিনি বললেন, লোকেরা কেন এত শীঘ্র সমালোচনায় প্রবৃত্ত হল, যে সম্পর্কে তাদের কোন জ্ঞান নেই? মসজিদে জানাযাহ নিয়ে যাওয়ার ব্যাপারে লোকেরা সমালোচনা করল, অথচ রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম সুহায়ল ইবনু বায়যা এর সালাতে জানাযাহ মসজিদের ভিতরেই আদায় করেছেন। ইমাম মুসলিম বলেন, সুহায়ল বিন ওয়াদা বায়যা এর পুত্র। তার মায়ের নাম বায়যা। (ইসলামী ফাউন্ডেশন ২১২২, ইসলামীক সেন্টার)
Abbad b. 'Abdullah b. Zubair reported on the authority of 'A'isha that when Sa'd b. Abu Waqqas died, the wives of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) sent message to bring his bier into the mosque so that they should offer prayer for him. They (the participants of the funeral) did accordingly, and it was placed in front of their apartments and they offered prayer for him. It was brought out of the door (known as) Bab al-Jana'iz which was towards the side of Maqa'id, and the news reached them (the wives of the Holy Prophet) that the people bad criticised this (i. e. offering of funeral prayer in the mosque) saying that it was not desirable to take the bier inside the mosque. This was conveyed to 'A'isha. She said:How hastily the people criticise that about which they know little. They criticise us for carrying the bier in the mosque. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) offered not the funeral prayer of Suhail b. Baida' but in the innermost part of the mosque

তিনি বলেন, রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ তোমরা কখনো কবরের উপর বসবে না এবং কবরের দিকে মুখ করে সালাতও আদায় করবে না। (ইসলামী ফাউন্ডেশন ২১১৯. ইসলামীক সেন্টার)
