আবদুর রহমান ইবনু বিশর (রহঃ) ..... ইবনু আবূ মুলায়কাহ (রহঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
আমরা উম্মু আবান বিনতু উসমান (রাযিঃ) এর যামানায় উপস্থিত হলাম। অবশিষ্ট বর্ণনা উপরের হাদীসের অনুরূপ তবে তিনি এ হাদীস ইবনু উমার-এর সূত্রে সরাসরি রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম থেকে বর্ণিত হওয়ার কথা উল্লেখ করেননি। কিন্তু আইয়ুব ও ইবনু জুরায়জ এটাকে মারফু' হিসেবে উল্লেখ করেছেন। তাদের বর্ণনা আমর-এর বর্ণনার চেয়ে পূর্ণাঙ্গ। (ইসলামী ফাউন্ডেশন ২০১৯, ইসলামীক সেন্টার)
Amr reported on the authority of Ibn Abu Mulaika:We were with the bier of Umm Aban, daughter of 'Uthman, and the rest of the hadith is the same, but he did not narrate it as a marfu' hadith on the authority of 'Umar from the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) as it was narrated by Ayyub and Ibn Juraij, and the hadith narrated by them (Ayyub and Ibn Juraij) is more complete than that of 'Amr
খালাফ ইবনু হিশাম ও আবুর রাবী' আয যাহরানী (রহঃ) ..... উরওয়াহ ইবনু যুবায়র (রহঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, 'আয়িশাহ (রাযিঃ) এর কাছে ইবনু উমারের বক্তব্য "মৃত ব্যক্তিকে তার স্বজনদের কান্নাকাটির দরুন আযাব দেয়া হয়" উল্লেখ করা হ'ল। তিনি বললেন, আল্লাহ আবূ আবদুর রহমানের (ইবনু উমর) প্রতি রহমত করুন। তিনি একটা কথা শুনেছেন, তবে স্মরণ রাখতে পারেননি। প্রকৃত ব্যাপার হচ্ছেঃ রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর সামনে দিয়ে এক ইয়াহুদীর জানাযাহ যাচ্ছিল। তখন তার আত্মীয় স্বজনরা কাঁদছিল। রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বললেনঃ তোমরা কাঁদছ? অথচ তাকে এজন্য আযাব দেয়া হচ্ছে। (ইসলামী ফাউন্ডেশন ২০২১, ইসলামীক সেন্টার)
Hisham b. 'Urwa narrated on the authority of his father that the saying of Ibn 'Umar, viz." The dead would be punished because of the lamentation of his family over him" was mentioned to 'A'isha. Upon this she said:May Allah have mercy upon Abu 'Abd al-Rahman (the kunya of Ibn 'Umar) that he heard something but could not retain it (well). (The fact is) that the bier of a Jew passed before the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) and (the members of his family) were waiting over him. Upon this he said: You are wailing and he is being punished
উমার ইবনুল খাত্ত্বাব (রাযিঃ) যখন আহত হলেন, হাফসাহ (রাযিঃ) সশব্দে কাঁদতে লাগলেন। তখন উমর (রাযিঃ) বললেন, ওগো হাফসাহু তুমি কি শোননি রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেন, যার জন্য উচ্চস্বরে ক্ৰন্দন করা হয় তাকে শাস্তি দেয়া হবে? তার প্রতি সুহায়ব (রাযিঃ)-ও কাঁদতে থাকলে উমর (রাযিঃ) তাকেও বললেন, হে সুহায়ব! তুমি কি জান না যার জন্য চিৎকার করে বান্নাকাটি করা হয় তাকে আযাব দেয়া হবে? Anas reported that when 'Umar b. Khattab was wounded Hafsa lamented for him. Upon this he said:O Hafsa, did you not hear the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) saying:" One who is lamented would be punished"? Suhaib also lamented over him. 'Umar told him also: O Suhaib, didn't you know that one who is lamented is punished?
