মুহাম্মাদ ইবনু রাফি' (রহঃ) ..... আবূ হুরায়রাহ (রাযিঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত তিনি বলেন, রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেনঃ তোমরা কি দেখ না, মানুষ যখন মারা যায় তার চোখ খোলা থেকে যায়? লোকেরা বলল, হ্যাঁ দেখেছি। তিনি বলেনঃ যখন তার চোখ তার রূহকে অনুসরণ করে তখন এ অবস্থা হয়। (ইসলামী ফাউন্ডেশন ২০০১, ইসলামীক সেন্টার)
Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:Did you not see when the man died and his eyes were fixedly open? He (Abu Huraira) said: Yes. He (the Holy Prophet) said: It is due to the fact that when (the soul leaves the body) his eyesight follows the soul
মুহাম্মাদ ইবনু মূসা আল কাত্ত্বান আল ওয়াসিতী (রহঃ) ..... খালিদ আল হাযযা (রহঃ) একই সানাদে অনুরূপ বর্ণনা করেছেন। ব্যতিক্রম এই যে, এ সূত্রে বলেছেন, "তার পরিবার পরিজনদের অভিভাবক হও।" এছাড়া বলেছেন, তার কবরকে প্রশস্ত করে দাও কিন্তু "আফসিহ" শব্দটি এ বর্ণনায় নেই। খালিদ আল হাযযা এ কথাটুকুও বর্ণনা করেছেন, সপ্তম অন্য আরেকটি দু'আ আছে যা আমি ভুলে গেছি। (ইসলামী ফাউন্ডেশন ২০০০, ইসলামীক সেন্টার)
This hadith has been narrated by Khalid al Hadhdha' with the same chain of transmitters but with this alteration that he said:(O Allah! ) let Thee be the caretaker of what is left by him, and he said: Grant him expansion of the grave, but he did not say: Make his grave spacious. Khalid said: He supplicated for the seventh (thing too) which I have forgotten
যুহায়র ইবনু হারব (রহঃ) ..... উম্মু সালামাহ্ (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম, আবূ সালামাহকে দেখতে এলেন, তখন চোখ খোলা ছিল। তিনি তার চোখ বন্ধ করে দিলেন এবং বললেন, যখন রূহ কবয করা হয়, তখন চোখ তার অনুসরণ করে। আবূ সালামাহ এর পরিবারের লোকেরা কান্না শুরু করে দিল। তিনি (সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম) বললেন, তোমরা তোমাদের নিজেদের ব্যাপারে ভাল কথা ছাড়া কোন খারাপ কিছু বলাবলি করো না। কেননা, তোমরা যা কিছু বল তার স্বপক্ষে মালায়িকাহ আমীন' বলে থাক। এরপর তিনি এভাবে দু'আ করলেন, “হে আল্লাহ আবূ সালামাহ কে ক্ষমা কর এবং হিদায়াতপ্রাপ্তদের মধ্যে তার মর্যাদাকে উচু করে দাও, তুমি তার বংশধরদের অভিভাবক হয়ে যাও। হে রাব্বুল আলামীন তাকে ও আমাদেরকে ক্ষমা করে দাও। তার কবরকে প্রশস্ত কর এবং তা জ্যোতির্ময় করে দাও।" (ইসলামী ফাউন্ডেশন ১৯৯৯, ইসলামীক সেন্টার)
Umm Salama reported:The Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon came to Abu Salama (as he died). His eyes were fixedly open. He closed them, and then said: When the soul is taken away the sight follows it. Some of the people of his family wept and wailed. So he said: Do not supplicate for yourselves anything but good, for angels say" Amen" to what you say. He then said: O Allah, forgive Abu Salama, raise his degree among those who are rightly guided, grant him a successor in his descendants who remain. Forgive us and him, O Lord of the Universe, and make his grave spacious, and grant him light in it
