উবায়দুল্লাহ ইবনু মু'আয (রহঃ) ..... আবূ বারযাহ (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম ইশার সালাত দেরী করে মধ্যরাতে আদায় করতে কোন দ্বিধা বা ভ্ৰক্ষেপ করতেন না। হাদীসের বর্ণনাকারী শুবাহ বলেছেন, পরবর্তী সময়ে আমি আবার আবূ বারযার সাথে সাক্ষাৎ করলে তিনি আগের কথার সাথে এ কথাটুকু যোগ করে বললেনঃ অথবা রাতের এক তৃতীয়াংশ পর্যন্ত দেরী করে ইশার সালাত আদায় করতে রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম ভ্ৰক্ষেপ করতেন না। (ইসলামী ফাউন্ডেশন ১৩৩৬, ইসলামীক সেন্টার)
Sayyar b. Salama reported:I heard Abu Barza saying that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) did not mind some delay in the 'Isha' prayer even up to midnight and he did not like sleeping before (observing it) and talking after it. Shu'ba said: I again met him (Sayyar b. Salama) for the second time and he said: Even up to the third (part) of the night
ইয়াহইয়া ইবনু হাবীব আল হারিসী (রহঃ) ..... সাইয়্যার ইবনু সালামাহ্ (রহঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, আমি শুনেছি আমার পিতা সালামাহ আবূ বারযাহ কে জিজ্ঞেস করলাম, তুমি নিজে কি জিজ্ঞেস করতে শুনেছ? এ কথা শুনে সাইয়্যার বললেনঃ হ্যাঁ। আমার মনে হচ্চে যেন আমি এখনই জিজ্ঞেস করতে শুনছি। সাইয়্যার ইবনু সালামাহ্ বললেনঃ আমি শুনলাম আমার পিতা তাকে (আবূ বারাহ) রসূল সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর সালাত সম্পর্কে জিজ্ঞেস করলেন। জবাবে আবূ বারযাহ্ বললেন- ইশার সালাত আদায় করতে রাত দ্বি-প্রহর পর্যন্ত দেরী করতে রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম মোটেই দ্বিধা করতেন না। তবে ইশার সালাত আদায় না করে ঘুমানো এবং ইশার সালাতের পরে কথাবার্তা বলা তিনি পছন্দ করতেন না। শু'বাহ বলেন, পরে এক সময়ে আবার আমি সাইয়্যার ইবনু সালামাহ এর সাথে সাক্ষাৎ করে তাকে এ বিষয়ে জিজ্ঞেস কবলে তিনি বললেন, সূর্য মাথার উপর থেকে পশ্চিমে ঢলে পড়লেই যুহরের সালাত আদায় করতেন। আর আসরের সালাত এমন সময় আদায় করতেন যে, সালাত শেষ করে লোক মাদীনার শহরতলীর দূরবর্তী স্থানে গিয়ে পৌছার পরও সূর্যের তেজ থাকত। এরপর সাইয়্যার ইবনু সালামাহ্ বললেনঃ মাগরিবের সালাত কোন সময় তিনি আদায় করার কথা তিনি বলেছিলেন তা আমি মনে করতে পারছি না। সালামাহ্ বলেছেনঃ পরে আবার এক সময় আবূ বারযার সাথে সাক্ষাৎ করে আমি তাকে রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর সালাতের কথা জিজ্ঞেস করলে তিনি বললেন, তিনি ফজরের সালাত এমন সময় আদায় করতেন যে, সালাত শেষে লোকজন তার পাশের পরিচিত লোকের দিকে তাকিয়ে তাকে চিনতে পারত। আবূ বারযাহ আরো বলেছেন, ফজরের সালাতে রসূলুল্লাহসাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম ষাট থেকে একশ' পর্যন্ত আয়াত তিলাওয়াত করতেন। (ইসলামী ফাউন্ডেশন. ১৩৩৫, ইসলামীক সেন্টার)
Sayyar b. Salama reported:I heard my father asking Abu Barza (al- Aslami) about the prayer of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) I (Shu'ba, one of the narrators) said: Did you hear it (from Abu Barza)? He said: 1 feel as if I am bearing you at this very time. He said: I heard my father asking about the prayer of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) and he (Abu Barza) making this reply: He (the Holy Prophet) did not mind delaying-some (prayer) i. e. 'Isya' prayer, even up to the midnight and did not like sleeping before observing it, and talking after it. Shu'ba said: I met him subsequently and asked him (about the prayers of the Holy Prophet) and he said: He observed the noon prayer when the sun was past the meridian, he would pray the afternoon prayer, after which a person would o to the outskirts of Medina and the sun was still bright; (I forgot what he said about the evening prayer) ; I then met him on a subsequent occasion and asked him (about the prayers of the Holy Prophet; and he said: He would observe the morning prayer (at such a time) so that a man would go back and would recognise his neighbour by casting a glance at his face, and he would recite from sixty to one hundred verses in it
আবূ কুরায়ব (রহঃ) ... আবূ বারযাহ আল আসলামী (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম ইশার সালাত রাতের এক তৃতীয়াংশ পর্যন্ত দেরী করে আদায় করতেন। তিনি ইশার সালাতের পূর্বে ঘুমানো এবং পরে কথাবার্তা বলা অপছন্দ করতেন। আর ফজরের সালাতে ষাট থেকে একশ' আয়াত পর্যন্ত তিলাওয়াত করতেন এবং এমন সময় সালাত শেষ করতেন যখন আমরা পরস্পরকে মুখ দেখে চিনতে পারতাম। (ইসলামী ফাউন্ডেশন ১৩৩৭, ইসলামীক সেন্টার)
Abu Barza b. Aslami is reported to have said:The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) delayed the night prayer till a third of the night had passed and he did not approve of sleeping before it, and talking after it, and he used to recite in the morning prayer from one hundred to sixty verses (and completed the prayer at such hours) when we recognised the faces of one another
উবায়দুল্লাহ ইবনু মুআয (রহঃ) ..... মুহাম্মাদ ইবনু আমর ইবনুল হাসান ইবনু আলী হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, হাজ্জাজ (ইবনু ইউসুফ) সালাত দেরী করে আদায় করতেন। তাই আমরা জাবির ইবনু আবদুল্লাহকে এ বিষয়ে জিজ্ঞেস করলাম। (ইসলামী ফাউন্ডেশন ১৩৩৪, ইসলামীক সেন্টার)
