রেওয়ায়ত ৫৯. কাসিম ইবন মুহাম্মদ ও সালিম ইবন আবদিল্লাহ্ তাহারা উভয়ে বলিতেন, কোন স্ত্রী তালাকপ্রাপ্ত হওয়ার পর তৃতীয় ঋতুস্রাবে প্রবেশ করিলে সে স্বামী হইতে পৃথক হইয়া যাইবে এবং (অন্য স্বামীর পাণি গ্রহণ করার জন্য) হালাল হইয়া যাইবে।

রেওয়ায়ত ৫৮. নাফি’ (রহঃ) হইতে বর্ণিত, আবদুল্লাহ ইবন উমর (রাঃ) বলিতেন, কোন ব্যক্তি স্ত্রীকে তালাক দেওয়ার পর স্ত্রী তৃতীয় ঋতুস্রাবে প্রবেশ করিলে স্বামী হইতে পৃথক হইয়া যাইবে এবং স্বামী তাহা হইতে পৃথক হইয়া যাইবে। স্ত্রী স্বামীর মীরাস পাইবে না এবং স্বামীও স্ত্রীর মীরাস পাইবে না। মালিক (রহঃ) বলেন, আমাদের সিদ্ধান্ত অনুরূপ।

রেওয়ায়ত ৬০. মালিক (রহঃ) বলেনঃ তাহার নিকট রেওয়ায়ত পৌছিয়াছে যে, সাঈদ ইবন মুসায়্যিব ইবন শিহাব ও সুলায়মান ইবন ইয়াসার (রহঃ) ইহারা সকলে বলিতেন, খুলা তালাক গ্রহণকারিণীর ইদ্দত হইতেছে তিন কুরূ।

রেওয়ায়ত ৫৭. মালিক (রহঃ) বলেনঃ তাহার নিকট রেওয়ায়ত পৌছিয়াছে যে, কাসিম ইবন মুহাম্মদ, সালিম ইবন আবদুল্লাহ, আবু বকর ইবন আবদির রহমান, সুলায়মান ইবন ইয়াসার ও ইবন শিহাব (রহঃ) তাহারা সকলে বলিতেন-তালাকপ্রাপ্ত স্ত্রীলোক তৃতীয় ঋতুস্রাবে প্রবেশ করিলে সে স্বামী হইতে পৃথক হইয়া যাইবে। তাহাদের মধ্যে মীরাস চলিবে না, আর স্বামীর জন্য স্ত্রীর দিকে রুজু করা চলিবে না।
