। আবদুল্লাহ ইবনে আবূ আওফা (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ কাযী যতক্ষণ পর্যন্ত জুলুম না করে, আল্লাহ তার সাথে থাকেন। যখন সে জুলুম করে, তখন তিনি তাকে তার নিজের উপর ছেড়ে দেন।
It was narrated from 'Abdullah bin Abu Awfa that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:“Allah is with the judge so long as he is not unjust, but if he rules unjustly, He entrusts him to himself.”
। আবদুল্লাহ (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ যে বিচারকই মানুষের বিচার করে, সে কিয়ামতের দিন এমন অবস্থায় হাজির হবে যে, একজন ফেরেশতা তার ঘাড় ধরে থাকবেন। অতঃপর সে আকাশের দিকে মাথা তুলবে। আল্লাহ যদি বলেন, তাকে নিক্ষেপ করো, তবে সেই ফেরেশতা তাকে একটি গর্তে নিক্ষেপ করবেন, যার মধ্যে সে চল্লিশ বছর ধরে গড়িয়ে পড়তে থাকবে।
It was narrated that 'Abdullah said:“The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “There is no judge who judges between the people but on the Day of Resurrection an angel will come and take hold of the back of his head towards the sky and if it said: “Throw him, “he will throw into an abyss the depth of forty autumns (years).' ”
। আবদুল্লাহ ইবনে আমর (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ ঘুষদাতা ও ঘুষ গ্রহীতার উপর আল্লাহর অভিসম্পাত।
It was narrated from 'Abdullah bin 'Amr that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:“The curse of Allah is upon the one who offers a bribe and the one who takes it.”
। আলী (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম আমাকে ইয়ামানে পাঠান। আমি বললাম, ইয়া রাসূলাল্লাহ! আপনি আমাকে পাঠাচ্ছেন, অথচ আমি একজন যুবক মাত্র। আমি লোকেদের মধ্যে মীমাংসা করবো, অথচ বিচার কী জিনিস তাই আমি জানি না। রাবী বলেন, নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম তাঁর হাতে হাত দিয়ে আমার বুকে আঘাত করে বলেনঃ ‘‘ইয়া আল্লাহ! আপনি তার অন্তরে হেদায়াত দান করুন এবং তার জিহবাকে (বাকশক্তিকে) সুস্থির রাখুন’’। আলী বলেন, এরপর পক্ষদ্বয়ের মধ্যে বিচার করতে আমি কখনো সন্দেহে পতিত হইনি।
It was narrated that 'Ali said:“The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) sent me to Yemen. I said: 'O Messenger of Allah, you are sending me to judge between them while I am a young man, and I do not know how to judge.' He struck me on the chest with his hand and said: 'O Allah, guide his heart and make his tongue steadfast.' And after that I never doubted in passing judgment between two people.”
