وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ - رضى الله عنه - { أَنَّ اَلنَّبِيَّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ اَلْمَضَامِينِ, وَالْمَلَاقِيحِ } رَوَاهُ اَلْبَزَّارُ, وَفِي إِسْنَادِ ضَعْفٌ 1 .1 - ضعيف. رواه البزار ( 1267 زوائد ). والزيادة من " أ "، وتحرف فيها: " ضعف " إلى " ضعيف ".
The Prophet (ﷺ) forbade the sale of what is in the womb of a she-camel, and the semen that is in the body of a male-camel.

وَأَخْرَجَهُ أَيْضاً مَوْقُوفاً عَلَى اِبْنِ عَبَّاسٍ بِإِسْنَادٍ قَوِيٍّ, وَرَجَّحَهُ اَلْبَيْهَقِيُّ 1 .1 - المراسيل ( 182 )، وانظر سنن البيهقي ( 5 / 340 ).
He also reported it Mawquf (as a saying of a Companion, i.e.) Ibn 'Abbas with a strong chain of narrators, and al-Baihaqi held it to the most correct narration.
عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ - رضى الله عنه - قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ مَنْ أَقَالَ مُسْلِماً بَيْعَتَهُ, أَقَالَهُ اَللَّهُ عَثْرَتَهُ } رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ, وَابْنُ مَاجَهْ, وَصَحَّحَهُ اِبْنُ حِبَّانَ, وَالْحَاكِمُ 1 .1 - صحيح. رواه أبو داود ( 3460 )، وابن ماجه ( 2199 )، وابن حبان ( 7 / 243 )، والحاكم ( 2 / 45 ).
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said: "Whoever accepts back what he sold to a Muslim, Allah will forgive his fault."
وَأَخْرَجَهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ 1 فِي
Abu Dawud reported in al-Marasil as a saying of 'Ikrimah, and that is the strongest opinion.
