। ‘আয়িশাহ্ (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, আল্লাহর নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম মিসওয়াক করে তা ধোয়ার জন্য আমাকে দিতেন। আমি নিজে প্রথমে তা দিয়ে মিসওয়াক করতাম, অতঃপর সেটা ধুয়ে তাঁকে দিতাম।[1] হাসান।
Aishah narrated:"The Prophet of Allah (ﷺ) would clean his teeth with the Siwak, then he would give me the Siwak in order to wash it. So I would first use it myself, then wash it and return it
حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُوسَى الرَّازِيُّ، أَخْبَرَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ، عَنْ مِسْعَرٍ، عَنِ الْمِقْدَامِ بْنِ شُرَيْحٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ قُلْتُ لِعَائِشَةَ بِأَىِّ شَىْءٍ كَانَ يَبْدَأُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِذَا دَخَلَ بَيْتَهُ قَالَتْ بِالسِّوَاكِ .
। মিকদাম ইবনু শুরাইহ (রহঃ) থেকে তাঁর পিতার সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, আমি ‘আয়িশাহ্ (রাঃ)-কে জিজ্ঞেস করলাম, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম ঘরে এসে সর্বপ্রথম কোন কাজ করতেন? তিনি বললেনঃ তিনি সর্বপ্রথম মিসওয়াক করতেন।[1] সহীহ : মুসলিম।
Shuraih asked 'Aishah:"What would the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) do as soon as he entered the house?" She replied: "(He would use) the siwak
। ‘আয়িশাহ্ (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ দশটি কাজ মানুষের ফিতরাত বা স্বভাবসুলভ (১) গোঁফ কাটা, (২) দাড়ি ছেড়ে দেয়া, (৩) মিসওয়াক করা, (৪) পানি দিয়ে নাক পরিষ্কার করা, (৫) নখ কাটা, (৬) আঙ্গুলের জোড়াসমূহ ধোয়া, (৭) বগলের পশম তুলে ফেলা, (৮) নাভির নিচের পশম চেঁছে ফেলা, (৯) পানি দিয়ে ইস্তিনজা করা। মুস‘আব বলেন, দশম কাজটি আমি ভুলে গেছি। সম্ভবতঃ সেটি হলো, কুলি করা।[1] হাসান : মুসলিম।
Narrated Aisha, Ummul Mu'minin:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: Ten are the acts according to fitrah (nature): clipping the moustache, letting the beard grow, using the tooth-stick, cleansing the nose (Al-Istinshaq) with water, cutting the nails, washing the finger joints, plucking the hair under the arm-pits, shaving the pubes, and cleansing one's private parts (after easing or urinating) with water. The narrator said: I have forgotten the tenth, but it may have been rinsing the mouth
। ‘আয়িশাহ্ (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম মিসওয়াক করছিলেন। তখন তাঁর নিকট এমন দু’ ব্যক্তি ছিল যাদের একজন অপরজনের অপেক্ষা বয়োজ্যেষ্ঠ। এমন সময় তাঁর নিকট মিসওয়াক করার ফাযীলাত সম্পর্কে ওয়াহী নাযিল হলোঃ দু’জনের মধ্যে যে বড় তাকে মিসওয়াক দিন।[1] সহীহ।

The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) was using the tooth-stick, when two men, one older than the other, were with him. A revelation came to him about the merit of using the tooth-stick. He was asked to show proper respect and give it to the elder of the two
