। ইবনু আব্বাস (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম শহুরে লোককে গ্রাম্য লোকের পণ্রদ্রব্য বিক্রি করতে নিষেধ করেছেন। আমি জিজ্ঞেস করলাম, শহুরে লোক গ্রাম্য লোকের পণ্য বিক্রি না করে দেয়ার অর্থ কি? তিনি বললেনঃ সে তার দালাল না হওয়া।
Narrated Ibn 'Abbas:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) forbade a townsman to sell for a man from the desert. I asked: What do you mean by the selling of a townsman for a man from the desert ? He replied: He should not be a broker for him
। আনাস ইবনু মালিক (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ শহরবাসী যেন গ্রামবাসীর পণ্য বিক্রি না করে, যদিও সে তার ভাই অথবা পিতা হয়। আনাস ইবনু মালিক (রাঃ) সূত্রে আরেক বর্ণনায় রয়েছেঃ লোকেরা বলে থাকে, ‘‘শহরবাসী গ্রামবাসীর পণ্য বিক্রয় করবে না’’ এটি ব্যাপক অর্থবোধক বাক্য। অর্থাৎ তার পক্ষ হয়ে কিছু বিক্রিও করবে না এবং কিনবেও না।
Narrated Anas ibn Malik:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: A townsman must not sell for a man from the desert, even if he is his brother or father. Abu Dawud said: Anas b. Malik said: It was said: A townsman must not sell for a man from the desert. This phrase carries a broad meaning. It means that the (the townsman) must not sell anything for him or buy anything for him
। আবূ হুরাইরাহ (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম সামনে অগ্রসর হয়ে বাজারে পন্যদ্রব্য নিয়ে আসা ব্যক্তিদের সাথে মিলিত হতে নিষেধ করেছেন। কোনো ক্রেতা যদি এগিয়ে গিয়ে তার সাথে মিলিত হয়ে কিছু কিনে তাহলে বিক্রেতা বাজারে পৌঁছার পর (বিক্রয় প্রত্যাখ্যানে) সুযোগ পাবে।[1] ইমাম আবূ দাঊদ (রহঃ) বলেন, সুফিয়ান (রহঃ) বলেছেন, তোমাদের কেউ যেন এই বলে অপরের বিক্রয়ের উপর বিক্রয় না করে যে, আমার কাছে এর চেয়ে ভালো পণ্য মাত্র দশ টাকায় (অর্থাৎ কম দামে) পাবে।
Abu Hurairah said:Do not go our to meet what is being brought (to market for sale). If anyone does so and buys some of it, the owner of merchandise has a choice (of canceling the deal) when it comes to the market. Abu 'Ali said: I heard Abu Dawud say: Sufyan said: none of you must buy in opposition to one another ; that is he says: I have a better one for ten (dirhams)
