“Allah’s Messenger said (Allah bless him and give him peace):‘The superiority of 'A'isha over all other women is like the superiority of tharid over all other food'.”
Abu Huraira (may Allah be well pleased with him) said that he saw Allah’s Messenger (Allah bless him and give him peace) perform the minor ritual ablution because of eating cottage cheese. Then he saw him eat from the flank of a sheep, and then perform the ritual prayer without performing the minor ritual ablution.
"The Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) entered my presence and said: 'Do you have anything in your possession?' I said: 'No, apart from some dry bread and vinegar', so he said: 'Give me some! A household in which there is vinegar is not devoid of seasoning'!”
