হুসায়ন ইবন মানসূর ইবন জাফার (রহঃ) ... আবূ বাকরা (রাঃ) বলেন, আমি রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-কে বলতে শুনেছিঃ কেউ যেন দুই মোকদ্দমার মীমাংসা এক ফয়সালায় না করে। আর কোন ব্যক্তি যেন রাগান্বিত অবস্থায় দুই ব্যক্তির মধ্যে মীমাংসা না করে।
It was narrated that 'Abdullah bin Abi Bakrah, who was a governor in Sijistan, said:"Abu Bakrah wrote to me, saying: 'I heard the Messenger of Allah [SAW] say: No one should pass two judgments on one issue, and no one should pass judgment between two disputing parties while he is angry
ইসহাক ইবন ইবরাহীম (রহঃ) ... আয়েশা (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত যে, একদা হিন্দা (রাঃ) রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর নিকট উপস্থিত হয়ে বললেনঃ ইয়া রাসূলাল্লাহ! আবু সুফিয়ান একজন কৃপণ ব্যক্তি। সে না আমার খরচ দেয়, না আমার সন্তানদের। আমি কি তাঁর মাল হতে তার অনুমতি ব্যতীত নিতে পারি? তিনি বললেনঃ তুমি তোমার এবং তোমার সন্তানদের প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী সঙ্গতভাবে নিতে পার।
It was narrated that 'Aishah said:"Hind came to the Messenger of Allah [SAW] and said : 'O Messenger of Allah, Abu Sufyan is a stingy man who does not spend enough on my child and I. Can I take from his wealth without him realizing?' He said: 'Take what is sufficient for you and your child on a reasonable basis
ইসহাক ইবন ইবরাহীম (রহঃ) ... উম্মে সালামা (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত যে, তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ তোমরা আমার নিকট বিচার নিয়ে এসে থাক, আমিও তো একজন মানুষ। তোমাদের মধ্যে হয়তো কেউ বর্ণনাভঙ্গিতে অন্য হতে পটু। আমি যা শুনি, তার পরিপ্রেক্ষিতেই তোমাদের মধ্যে মীমাংসা করি। যদি আমি কাউকে তার ভাই-এর কোন অধিকার অন্যায়ভাবে দিয়ে দেই; তবে আমি যেন তাকে আগুনের এক অংশই দেই।
It was narrated that Umm Salamah said:"The Messenger of Allah [SAW] said: 'You refer your disputes to me, but I am only human. And some of you may be more eloquent in arguing their case than others, and I may pass judgment on the basis of what I hear. If I pass judgment in favor of one of you against his brother's rights, then it is a piece of the fire that I am giving him
আলী ইবন হুজর (রহঃ) ... আবূ উমামা (রাঃ) বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ যে ব্যক্তি শপথের মাধ্যমে কোন মুসলিম ব্যক্তির সম্পদ আত্মসাৎ করে, আল্লাহ্ তা'আলা তার জন্য জাহান্নাম অবধারিত করে দেন এবং তার জন্য জান্নাত হারাম করে দেন। তখন এক ব্যক্তি বললোঃ ইয়া রাসূলাল্লাহ্! যদি ঐ মাল অতি নগণ্য হয়? তিনি বললেনঃ যদিও তা পিলু গাছের একটি ডাল হয়।
It was narrated from Abu Umamah that :The Messenger of Allah [SAW] said: "Whoever seizes the wealth of a Muslim unlawfully by means of his (false) oath, Allah makes the Fire required for him, Paradise unlawful for him." A man said to him: "O Messenger of Allah, even if it is something small?" He said: "Even if it is a twig of an Arak tree
