أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، عَنْ يَحْيَى، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ قَضَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي الْمُكَاتَبِ يُقْتَلُ بِدِيَةِ الْحُرِّ عَلَى قَدْرِ مَا أَدَّى .
মুহাম্মাদ ইবন মুসান্না (রহঃ) ... ইবন আব্বাস (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত যে, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম আদেশ করেছেনঃ মুকাতাব যদি নিহত হয়, তা হলে সে চুক্তির যতটুকু অর্থ আদায় করেছে, ততটুকুতে তার দিয়াত স্বাধীন ব্যক্তির সমান দিতে হবে।
It was narrated that Ibn 'Abbas said:"The Messenger of Allah ruled that the Diyah for a Mukatab who is killed should be (equivalent) to the Diyah for a free mand, proportionate to the amount be had paid off (toward buying his freedom)
আহমাদ ইবন আমর ইবন সারহ (রহঃ) ... আবদুল্লাহ ইবন আমর (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত যে, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম কাফিরের দিয়াত মুসলিমদের দিয়াতের অর্ধেক নির্ধারণ করেছেন।
It was narrated from 'Amr bin Shu'aib, from his father, from 'Abdullah bin 'Amr, that the Messenger of Allah said:"The blood money for a disbeliever is half the blood money for the believer." (Hassan)
মুহাম্মাদ ইবন আবদুল্লাহ ইবন ইয়াযীদ (রহঃ) ... ইবন আব্বাস (রাঃ) বর্ণনা করেন যে, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম মুকাতাব দাসের দিয়াত এরূপ সাব্যস্ত করেছেন যে, তার যতটুকু পরিমাণ মুক্ত হয়েছে, ততটুকুতে স্বাধীন ব্যক্তির দিয়াত প্রদান করতে হবে।
It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas that:the Prophet of Allah ruled that the Diyah for a Mukatab should be (equivalent) to the Diyah for a free man, proportionate to the amount he had paid off (toward buying his freedom)
আমর ইবন আলী (রহঃ) ... আমর ইবন শু‘আয়ব তাঁর পিতার মাধ্যমে তাঁর দাদা থেকে বর্ণনা করেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ যিম্মী কাফিরের দিয়াত মুসলিমদের দিয়াতের অর্ধেক আর তারা হলো ইয়াহূদী এবং নাসারা।
It was narrated from 'Amr Bin Shu'aib, from his father, that his grandfather said:"The Messenger of Allah said: 'The blood money for Ahl Adh-Dhimmah is half that of the blood money for the Muslims, and they are the Jews and Christians
