أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ الْحَارِثِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مَحْبُوبٌ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ مُوسَى - قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ، - هُوَ الْفَزَارِيُّ - عَنْ شُعَيْبِ بْنِ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ فَاطِمَةَ، أَرْسَلَتْ إِلَى أَبِي بَكْرٍ تَسْأَلُهُ مِيرَاثَهَا مِنَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم مِنْ صَدَقَتِهِ وَمِمَّا تَرَكَ مِنْ خُمُسِ خَيْبَرَ قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " لاَ نُورَثُ " .
আমর ইবন ইয়াহইয়া ইবন হারিস (রহঃ) ... আয়েশা (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত যে, ফাতিমা (রাঃ) আবু বকর (রাঃ)-এর নিকট তাঁর মীরাস চাওয়ার জন্য এক ব্যক্তিকে পাঠান, যা রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম সাদকা এবং খায়বরের খুমুস থেকে রেখে যান। আবু বকর (রাঃ) বলেনঃ রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ কেউ আমাদের ওয়ারিস হয় না, আমরা যা ছেড়ে যাই তা সাদকা।
It was narrated from 'Aishah that:Fatimah sent word to Abu Bakr asking for her inheritance from the Prophet, from his charity and what was left of the Khumus of Khaibar. Abu Bakar said: "The Messenger of Allah said: 'We are not inherited from
উবায়দুল্লাহ ইবন সাঈদ (রহঃ) ... উমর (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, আল্লাহ্ তা'আলা বনূ নযীরের সম্পদ তাঁর রাসূলকে ফায় হিসেবে দান করেছেন। মুসলিমগণ তা পেতে ঘোড়াও দৌড়ায়নি এবং উটও না। তিনি তা থেকে এক বছরের খরচ নিজের জন্য নিতেন এবং অবশিষ্ট মাল যুদ্ধের জন্য ঘোড়া, হাতিয়ার এবং জিহাদের উপকরণ ক্রয়ের জন্য ব্যয় করতেন।
It was narrated that 'Umar said:"The wealth of Banu An-Nadir was among the Fay' that Allah bestowed upon His Messenger, in cases where the Muslims did not go out on and expedition with horses and camels. From it he kept for himself food for one year, and what was left he spent on cavalry and weapons equipment for the cause of Allah
আমর ইবন ইয়াহইয়া (রহঃ) ... আতা (রহঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত যে, আল্লাহ্ তা'আলা বলেছেনঃ জেনে রাখ যে, তোমরা যুদ্ধে যা লাভ কর, তার এক-পঞ্চমাংশ আল্লাহর, আল্লাহর রাসূলের, আর তাঁর আত্মীয়দের। এখানে আল্লাহর পঞ্চমাংশ এবং রাসূলের পঞ্চমাংশ একই। রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম তা থেকে লোকদের সওয়ারীর ব্যবস্থা করতেন, লোকদের দান করতেন। যেখানে ইচ্ছা খরচ করতেন এবং যা ইচ্ছা ব্যয় করতেন।
It was narrated that 'Ata' said concerning the saying of Allah, the Mighty and Sublime:"And know that whatever of spoils of war that you may gain, verily, (1/5th) of it is assigned to Allah, and to the Messenger, and to the near relatives (of the Messenger (Muhammad)" "The Khumus (one-fifth) of Allah and of His Messenger is the same. The Messenger of Allah used to provide mounts (for jihad) with it, and give some (to the poor), and distribute it however he wanted, and do with it whatever he wanted
আমর ইবন ইয়াযীদ (রহঃ) ... আমর ইবন শুআয়ব (রহঃ) তাঁর পিতা হতে, তিনি তাঁর দাদা হতে বর্ণনা করেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম একটি উটের নিকট গিয়ে তার কুঁজ হতে একটি পশম তাঁর দুই আঙ্গুলের মধ্যে নিয়ে বললেনঃ যুদ্ধলব্ধ মালের পঞ্চমাংশ ব্যতীত আমার জন্য এতটুকুও নেই। আর আমার পঞ্চমাংশও তোমাদের মধ্যে ফিরিয়ে দেওয়া হয়।
It was narrated from 'Amr bin Shu'aib, from his father, from his grandfather, that:the Messenger of Allah went to a camel, and took a hair from its hump between his fingers and said: "I am not entitled to take anything from the Fay, not even this, except the Khumus, and the Khumus will come back to you
