أَخْبَرَنَا كَثِيرُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، عَنِ الزُّبَيْدِيِّ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُتْبَةَ، كَتَبَ إِلَى عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الأَرْقَمِ الزُّهْرِيِّ أَنِ ادْخُلْ، عَلَى سُبَيْعَةَ بِنْتِ الْحَارِثِ الأَسْلَمِيَّةِ فَاسْأَلْهَا عَمَّا أَفْتَاهَا بِهِ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي حَمْلِهَا . قَالَ فَدَخَلَ عَلَيْهَا عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ فَسَأَلَهَا فَأَخْبَرَتْهُ أَنَّهَا كَانَتْ تَحْتَ سَعْدِ ابْنِ خَوْلَةَ - وَكَانَ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم مِمَّنْ شَهِدَ بَدْرًا - فَتُوُفِّيَ عَنْهَا فِي حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ فَوَلَدَتْ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَمْضِيَ لَهَا أَرْبَعَةُ أَشْهُرٍ وَعَشْرًا مِنْ وَفَاةِ زَوْجِهَا فَلَمَّا تَعَلَّتْ مِنْ نِفَاسِهَا دَخَلَ عَلَيْهَا أَبُو السَّنَابِلِ - رَجُلٌ مِنْ بَنِي عَبْدِ الدَّارِ - فَرَآهَا مُتَجَمِّلَةً فَقَالَ لَعَلَّكِ تُرِيدِينَ النِّكَاحَ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَمُرَّ عَلَيْكِ أَرْبَعَةُ أَشْهُرٍ وَعَشْرًا . قَالَتْ فَلَمَّا سَمِعْتُ ذَلِكَ مِنْ أَبِي السَّنَابِلِ جِئْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَحَدَّثْتُهُ حَدِيثِي . فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " قَدْ حَلَلْتِ حِينَ وَضَعْتِ حَمْلَكِ " .
কাছীর ইবন উবায়দ (রহঃ) ... উবায়দুল্লাহ ইবন আবদুল্লাহ্ (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত যে, আবদুল্লাহ্ ইবন উতবা উমর ইবন আবদুল্লাহ্ ইবন আরকাম যুহরীকে সুবাইয়া (রাঃ)-এর নিকট যাওয়ার জন্য পত্ৰ লিখলেন যে, আপনি গিয়ে সুবাইয়া আসলামী বিনত হারিস (রাঃ)-কে জিজ্ঞাসা করবেন, তার গর্ভ সম্বন্ধে রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম তাকে কী সমাধান দিয়েছিলেন। রাবী বলেন, উমর ইবন আবদুল্লাহ্ (রহঃ) তার নিকট গিয়ে তাকে জিজ্ঞাসা করলে তিনি বললেন ; আমি সা’দ ইবন খাওলার স্ত্রী ছিলাম, সা’দ ইবন খাওলা রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর সাহাবী ছিলেন, তিনি বদরীও ছিলেন। তিনি বিদায় হজ্জে ইনতিকাল করেন। স্বামীর মৃত্যুর পরে আমি সন্তান প্রসব করলাম, চার মাস দশদিন অতিবাহিত হওয়ার আগেই। রাবী বলেনঃ তার নিফাস হতে পাক হওয়ার পর বনী আবদুদ্দারের আবু সানাবিল নাম এক ব্যক্তি তাঁর নিকট উপস্থিত হয়ে দেখলেন যে, তিনি সাজসজ্জা করছেন। সে বললোঃ মনে হয় তুমি বিবাহের ইচ্ছা রাখ, চার মাস দশ দিন অতিবাহিত হওয়ার পূর্বেই। সুবাইয়া (রাঃ) বলেন, আমি আবু সানাবিলের নিকট এ কথা শোনার পর রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর নিকট উপস্থিত হয়ে তাঁর নিকট আমার অবস্থা ব্যক্ত করিলাম। তিনি বললেনঃ তুমি সন্তান প্রসব করার সাথে সাথেই তোমার ইদ্দত পূর্ণ করেছ।
It was narrated from 'Ubaidullah bin 'Abdullah that 'Abdullah bin 'Utbah wrote to 'Umar bin 'Abdullah bin Al-Arqam Az-Zuhri, telling him:"Go to Subai'ah bint Al-Harith Al-Aslamiyyah, and ask her about the ruling of the Messenger of Allah concerning her pregnancy." He said: "So 'Umar bin 'Abdullah went to her and asked her. She told him that she was married to Sa'd bin Khawlah, who was one of the Companions of the Messenger of Allah who had been present at Badr. He died during the Farewell Pilgrimage, and she gave birth before four months and ten days had passed since her husband's death. When her Nifas ended, Abu As-Sanabil -a man from Banu 'Abd Ad-Dar- went to her and saw that she had adorned herself. He said: 'Perhaps you want to get married before four months and ten days has passed?' She said: 'When I heard that from Abu As-Sanabil, I went to the Messenger of Allah and told him my story. The Messenger of Allah said: 'It is permissible for you to marry when you gave birth
মুহাম্মদ ইবন ওহাব (রহঃ) ... যুফার ইবন আওস ইবন হাদাছান নসরী বলেন, আবু সানাবিল ইবন বা‘কাক ইবন সাববাক সুবাইয়া আসলামী (রাঃ)-কে বললোঃ চার মাস দশদিন, যা দুই ইদ্দতের মধ্যে দীর্ঘতর, তা শেষ হওয়ার পূর্বে তোমার বিবাহ করা ঠিক হবে না। একথা শুনে তিনি রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর নিকট উপস্থিত হয়ে তাঁকে এ ব্যাপারে জিজ্ঞাসা করলেন। সুবাইয়া (রাঃ)-এর কথা দ্বারা বুঝা গেল রাসূলুল্লাহসাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম তাঁকে এই সমাধান দিলেন যে, তোমার সন্তান প্রসব হলে, তুমি বিয়ে করে নিবে। তাঁর স্বামীর মৃত্যুর সময় তিনি নয় মাসের গর্ভবতী ছিলেন। তিনি সা'দ ইবন খাওলার বিবাহাধীন ছিলেন। তিনি বিদায় হজ্জে রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর সংগে ছিলেন এবং এ সময় তিনি মারা যান। পরে তার সন্তান প্রসব হওয়ার পর সেই গোত্রের এক যুবকের সাথে তার বিয়ে হয়।
It was narrated from Yazid bin Abi Habib that Muhammad bin Muslim Az-Zuhri wrote to him mentioning that 'Ubaidullah bin 'Abdullah told him, that Zufar bin Aws bin Al-Hadathan An-Nasri told him that Abu As-Sanabil bin Ba'kak bin As-Sabbaq said to Subai'ah Al-Aslamiyyah:"It is not permissible for you to get married until four months and ten days, the longer of the two periods, have passed." She went to the Messenger of Allah and asked him about that. She said that the Messenger of Allah ruled that she could get married when she had given birth. She was nine months pregnant when her husband died, and she was married to Sa'd bin Khawlah, who died during the Farewell Pilgrimage with the Messenger of Allah. She married a young man from her people when she had given birth to (the child)
মুহাম্মদ ইবন আব্দুল আ'লা (রহঃ) ... মুহাম্মদ (রহঃ) বলেন, আমি কুফায় আনসারীদের এক বড় মজলিসে বসা ছিলাম, সেখানে আবদুর রহমান ইবন আবু লায়লাও উপস্থিত ছিলেন। সেখানে সুবাইয়া (রাঃ)-এর ব্যাপারে আলোচিত হলো। আমি আবদুল্লাহ ইবন উতবা ইবন মাসউদের বর্ণনার উল্লেখ করলাম, যা ইবন আওনের কথার অনুরূপ ছিল, অর্থাৎ বাচ্চা প্রসব হওয়া পর্যন্ত তার ইদ্দত ছিল। ইবন আবু লায়লা বললেনঃ আবদুল্লাহ্ ইবন মাসউদ (রাঃ)-এর এ কথার সমর্থক ছিলেন না যে, গৰ্ভধারিণীর ইদ্দত প্রসব পর্যন্ত, বরং তিনি দুই ইদ্দতের মধ্যে যেটি অধিক তাকেই ইদ্দত মনে করতেন। তখন আমি আমার আওয়ায উচু করে বললামঃ আমি কি এরূপ দুঃসাহস করতে পারি যে, আবদুল্লাহর উপর মিথ্যারোপ করবো? অথচ তিনি কুফায় থাকেন। এরপর মালিকের সাথে আমার সাক্ষাৎ হলো। আমি তাঁর নিকট জিজ্ঞাসা করলামঃ আবদুল্লাহ্ ইবন মাসউদ (রাঃ) সুবাইয়া (রাঃ)-এর ব্যাপারে কি বলতেন? তিনি বললেনঃ ইবন মাসউদ (রাঃ) বলতেনঃ তোমরা তার উপর কঠোর বিধান আরোপ করছো? আর তোমরা তাকে অনুমতি দিতেছ না? অথচ ছােট সূরায় নিসা, যা হলো সূরা তালাক, তা বড় সূরা অর্থাৎ সূরা বাকারার পর নাযিল হয়।
It was narrated that Muhammad said:"I was sitting with some people in Al-Kufah in a large gathering of the Ansar, among whom was 'Abdur-Rahman bin Abi Laila. They spoke about the story of Subai'ah and I mentioned what 'Abdullah bin 'Utbah bin Mas'ud had said in meaning." (One of the narrators) Ibn 'Awn's saying was: "when she gives birth." Ibn Abi Layla said: 'But his (paternal) uncle did not say that.' I raised my voice and said: 'Would I dare to tell lies about 'Abdullah bin 'Utbah when he is in the vicinity of Al-Kufah?'" He said: "Then I met Malik and said: 'What did Ibn Mas'ud say about the story of Subai'ah?' He said: 'He said: "Are you going to be too strict with her and not allow her the concession (with regard to the 'Iddah)? The shorter Surah about women (At-Talaq) was revealed after the longer one (Al-Baqarah)
ইউনুস ইবন আব্দুল আ'লা (রহঃ) ... উবায়দুল্লাহ্ ইবন আবদুল্লাহ্ বর্ণনা করেন, তাহার পিতা আবদুল্লাহ (রাঃ) উমর ইবন আবদুল্লাহ ইবন আরকাম যুহরী (রহঃ)-কে লিখলেন, আপনি গিয়ে সুবাইয়া বিনত হারিস আসলামী (রাঃ)-কে তার অবস্থা জিজ্ঞাসা করুন। যখন সে রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর নিকট তার অবস্থার সমাধান চেয়েছিল, তখন তিনি তাকে কি বলেছিলেন। তখন উমর ইবন আবদুল্লাহ, আবদুল্লাহ্ ইবন উতবাকে লিখলেন যে, সুবাইয়া (রাঃ) তাকে সংবাদ দিয়েছেন, তিনি সা'দ ইবন খাওলার বিবাহধীন ছিলেন, আর সা'দ ছিলেন আমির ইবন লুয়াই গোত্রের লোক। আর তিনি বদরী সাহাবীও ছিলেন, তিনি যখন বিদায় হজ্জে ইনতিকাল করেন, তখন আমি গর্ভবতী ছিলাম। কিন্তু তার মৃত্যুর কয়েক দিন পরই বাচ্চ জন্ম নেয়। যখন সুবাইয়া (রাঃ) নিফাস হতে পাক হন। তখন তিনি বিবাহ প্রস্তাবকারীদের জন্য সাজসজ্জা করলেন। আবদুদ্দার গোত্রের আবু সানাবিল ইবন বা'কাক তার নিকট এসে তাকে জিজ্ঞাসা করলোঃ তোমাকে সাজসজ্জা করতে দেখছি কেন? মনে হয় তুমি বিবাহের ইচ্ছা করছে? আল্লাহর শপথ! তোমার জন্য বিবাহ করা ঠিক হবে না। চার মাস দশদিন অতিবাহিত হওয়ার আগে। সুবাইয়া (রাঃ) বলেনঃ যখন সে একথা বললো, তখন আমি সন্ধ্যায় কাপড় পড়ে রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর নিকট উপস্থিত হলাম এবং তাকে এ ব্যাপারে জিজ্ঞাসা করলাম। তিনি আমাকে ফতওয়া দিয়ে বললেনঃ তুমি যখন বাচ্চা প্রসব করেছ, তখনই তোমার ইদ্দত পূর্ণ হয়েছে। তিনি আমাকে আরো বললেনঃ যদি তোমার ইচ্ছা হয় তবে বিবাহ করে নাও।
Ubaidullah bin 'Abdullah narrated that his father wrote to 'Umar bin 'Abdullah bin Arqam Az-Zuhri, telling him to go to Subai'ah bint Al-Harith Al-Aslamiyyah and ask her about her Hadith and what the Messenger of Allah had said to her when she consulted him. 'Umar bin 'Abdullah wrote back to 'Abdullah bin 'Utbah telling him that Subai'ah told him, that she was married to Sahl bin Khawlah -who was from Banu 'Amir bin Lu-ayy and was one of those who had been present at Badr- and her husband died during the Farewell Pilgrimage while she was pregnant. She gave birth soon after he died, and when her Nifas ended she adorned herself to receive proposals of marriage. Abu As-Sanabil bin Ba'kak -a man from Banu 'Abd Ad-Dar- went to her and said to her:'Why do I see you adorned? Perhaps you want to get married, but by Allah you will not get married until four months and ten days have passed.' Subai'ah said: 'When he said that to me, I put on my clothes in the evening and went to the Messenger of Allah and asked him about that. He ruled that it had become permissible for me to marry when I gave birth, and he told me to get married if I wanted to
