মুহাম্মদ ইবন মানসূর (রহঃ) ... ইবন আব্বাস (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত যে, রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ বিবাহিতা নারী নিজের ব্যাপারে হকদার আর কুমারীর ব্যাপারে তার পিতা তার অনুমতি নিবে। আর তার অনুমতি হলো- তার চুপ থাকা।
It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas that the Prophet said:"A previously married woman has more right (to decide) about herself (with regard to marriage), and a virgin should be consulted by her father, and her permission is her silence
মুহাম্মদ ইবন রাফি’ (রহঃ) ... ইবন আব্বাস (রাঃ) বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ বিবাহিতা নারীর ব্যাপারে অভিভাবকের কোন কিছু করার নেই। আর কুমারী নারীর ব্যাপারে তার অনুমতি গ্ৰহণ করা হবে। আর তার অনুমতি হলো চুপ থাকা।
It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas that the Prophet said:"The guardian has no right (to force) the previously married woman (into a marriage). And an orphan girl should be consulted, and her silence is her approval
ইয়াহইয়া ইবন দুরুস্তা (রহঃ) ... আবু হুরায়রা (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ বিবাহিতা নারীকে তার অনুমতি ব্যতীত বিবাহ দেয়া যাবে না। আর কুমারী নারীকে তার অনুমতি না নিয়ে বিবাহ দেয়া হবে না। লোকেরা জিজ্ঞাসা করলোঃ ইয়া রাসূলাল্লাহ্! তার অনুমতি কিভাবে হবে? তিনি বললেনঃ তার অনুমতি হলো চুপ থাকা।
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah said:"A previously married woman should not be married until her permission has been sought, and a virgin should not be married until her consent is sought." They said: "O Messenger of Allah, how does she give her permission?" He said: "Her permission is if she keeps silent
আহমদ ইবন সাঈদ রি'বাতী (রহঃ) ... ইবন আব্বাস (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত যে, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ বিবাহিতা নারী তার ব্যাপারে নিজেই যথেষ্ট। আর কুমারী নারীর অনুমতি গ্ৰহণ করা হবে। তার অনুমতি হলো চুপ থাকা।
