। হারুন ইবনু ইসহাক (রহঃ) ... আব্দুলাহ (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসুলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেন যে, তোমাদের মধ্যে যে ব্যক্তি বিবাহের সামর্থ্য রাখে সে যেন বিবাহ করে আর যে ব্যক্তি বিবাহের সামর্থ্য না রাখে সে যেন সাওম (রোযা/রোজা/সিয়াম/ছিয়াম) পালন করে। কেননা সাওম তার কামভাবকে দমন করবে।
It was narrated that 'Abdullah said:"The Messenger of Allah said: 'Whoever among you can afford to get married, let him do so, and whoever cannot afford it should fast, for it will be a restraint (Wija) for him
। বিশর ইবনু খালিদ (রহঃ) ... আলকামা (রহঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত যে, ইবনু মাসউদ (রাঃ) একদা আরাফাতে উছমান (রাঃ) এর সাথে সাক্ষাৎ করলেন। তিনি ইবনু মাসউদ (রাঃ) কে নির্জনে নিয়ে গিয়ে বললেন যে, তোমার কি কোন যুবতীর প্রয়োজন আছে যাকে আমি তোমার সাথে বিবাহ দিয়ে দিব? তখন আব্দুল্লাহ (রাঃ) আলকামা (রহঃ)-কে ডেকে তার কাছে বর্ণনা করলেন যে, নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ তোমাদের মধ্যে যে ব্যক্তি বিবাহের সামর্থ্য রাখে সে যেন বিবাহ করে ফেলে। কেননা বিবাহ দৃষ্টিকে অবনত রাখে এবং লজ্জাস্থানকে সংরক্ষণ করে। আর যে ব্যক্তি বিবাহের সামর্থ্য রাখে না সে যেন সাওম (রোযা/রোজা/সিয়াম/ছিয়াম) পালন করে, যেহেতু সাওম তার কামভাব দমনকারী।
It was narrated from 'Alqamah that:Ibn Masud met 'Uthman at 'Arafat and spoke to him in private. Uthman said to Ibn Masud: "Are you interested in a girl so that I marry her to you?" 'Abdullah called 'Alqamah and he told him that the Prophet said: 'Whoever among you can afford to get married, let him do so. Whoever cannot afford it, let him fast, for fasting will be a restraint (Wija) for him
। হিলাল ইবনু আলা (রহঃ) ... আব্দুর রহমান ইবনু ইয়াযীদ (রহঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন যে, আমরা আব্দুল্লাহ (রাঃ)-এর কাছে গেলাম। তখন আমাদের সাথে আলকামা, আসওয়াদ (রহঃ) এবং একজন লোক ছিলেন। তিনি আমাদের সামনে এমন একটি হাদীস বর্ণনা করলেন, যা আমার ধারণায় উপস্থিত লোকদের নয় বরং আমাকেই উপলক্ষ করে বর্ণনা করলেন। যেহেতু আমি উপস্থিত লোকদের মধ্যে কম বয়সের ছিলাম। রাসুলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেন যে, হে যুবক শ্রেনী! তোমাদের মধ্যে যে ব্যক্তি বিবাহের সামর্থ রাখে সে যেন বিবাহ করে, যেহেতু বিবাহ দৃষ্টিকে অবনত রাখে এবং লজ্জাস্থানকে সংরক্ষণ করে।
It was narrated that 'Abdur-Rahman bin Yazid said:"We entered upon 'Abdullah along with 'Alqamah, Al-Aswad and a group (of others). He told us a Hadith which he only narrated to the people because of me, as I was the youngest of them. The Messenger of Allah said: 'O young men, whoever among you can afford to get married let him do so, for it is more effective in lowering the gaze and guarding one's chastity."' (One of the narrators) 'Ali said: "Al-Amash was asked about the narrated of Ibrahim, so he (the questioner) said: 'Form Ibrahim, from 'Alqamah, from 'Abdullah; similarly?. Which he (Al-'Amash) replied: 'Yes
। মাহমুদ ইবনু গায়লান (রহঃ) ... আব্দুল্লাহ (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন যে, আমরা রাসুলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর সাথে একবার বের হলাম; তখন আমরা যুবক ছিলাম। কিন্তু আমাদের বিবাহের সামর্থ্য ছিল না রাসুলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বললেন, হে যুবক শোন! তোমরা বিবাহ করে ফেল। কেননা তা দৃষ্টিকে অবনত রাখে আর লজ্জাস্থানের সংরক্ষণ করে। আর যে ব্যক্তি বিবাহের সামর্থ্য রাখে না সে যেন সাওম (রোযা/রোজা/সিয়াম/ছিয়াম) পালন করে। কেননা সাওম তার কামভাব দমন করবে।
