তিনি বলেন, রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ তোমরা রাস্তায় বসা থেকে বেঁচে থাকো। তারা বললেন, হে আল্লাহর রসূল! (পথের উপরে) আমাদের মাজলিস না করে উপায় নেই, তথায় বসে আমরা (দরকারী) আলোচনা করে থাকি। রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বললেনঃ নিতান্তই যদি তোমাদের তা করতেই হয়, তবে রাস্তার হক আদায় করবে। তারা বললেন, রাস্তায় হক কি? তিনি বললেন, দৃষ্টি নিচু করা, কষ্টদায়ক জিনিস সরিয়ে ফেলা, সালামের উত্তর দেয়া এবং ভাল কাজের আদেশ দেয়া ও মন্দ কর্ম থেকে নিষেধ করা। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৫৩৮০, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri reported Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) as saying:Avoid sitting on the paths. They (his Companions) said: Allah's Messenger, there is no other help to it (but to sit there as we) hold our meetings and discuss matters there. Thereupon Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said: If you have to sit at all, then fulfil the rights, of the path. They said: What are their rights? Thereupon he said: Keeping the eye downward (so that you may not stare at the women), refraining from doing some harm to the other and exchanging mutual greetings (saying as-Salamu 'Alaikum to one another) and commanding the good and forbidding the evil
তিনি বলেন, এক মহিলা নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর নিকট এসে বললেন, হে আল্লাহর রসূল! আমার এক সদ্য বিবাহিতা মেয়ে হাম রোগে ভুগছে। এতে তার চুল ঝরে গেছে। আমি কি তাকে পরচুল লাগিয়ে দিব? তখন তিনি বললেন, পরচুল সংযোজনকারিণী ও সংযোজন প্রার্থিনীদের (মহিলাদের) আল্লাহ তা'আলা অভিসম্পাত করেছেন। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৫৩৮২, ইসলামিক সেন্টার)
Asma', daughter of Abu Bakr, reported that a woman came to Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) and said:I have a daughter who has been newly wedded. She had an attack of smallpox and thus her hair had fallen; should I add false hair to her head? Thereupon Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said: Allah has cursed the woman who adds some false hair and the woman who asks for it
