This hadith has been narrated on the authority of Ibn Vmar with the same chain of transmitters, but there is no mention of Ibn Numair
তিনি বলেন, রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ "সর্বাধিক গুরুত্বপূর্ণ শর্ত যা অবশ্যই পূরণ করতে হবে- তা হচ্ছে সে শর্ত যার মাধ্যমে তোমরা (স্ত্রীদের) লজ্জাস্থান বৈধ করে নিয়েছো।" হাদীসের মূল পাঠে উদ্ধৃত শব্দাবলী আবূ বাকর ও ইবনুল মুসান্নার বর্ণনা থেকে গৃহীত। তবে ইবনুল মুসান্নার বর্ণনায় “শর্তাবলী” উল্লেখ আছে। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৩৩৩৭, ইসলামীক সেন্টার)
Uqba b. Amir (Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:The most worthy condition which must be fulfilled is that which makes sexual intercourse lawful. In the narration transmitted by Ibn Muthanna (instead of the word" condition" ) it is" conditions
তিনি বলেন, রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম শিগার পদ্ধতির বিবাহ নিষিদ্ধ করেছেন। ইবনু নুমায়রের বর্ণনায় আরো আছেঃ “শিগার এই যে, কোন ব্যক্তি অপর ব্যক্তিকে বলে, তোমার কন্যাকে আমার সাথে বিবাহ দাও এবং আমিও আমার কন্যাকে তোমার সাথে বিবাহ দিব। তোমার বোনকে আমার সাথে বিবাহ দাও, আমিও তোমার সাথে আমার বোনকে বিবাহ দিব।” (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৩৩৩৪, ইসলামীক সেন্টার)
Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) reported that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) prohibited Shighar. Ibn Numair added:Shighar means that a person should say to the other person: Give me the hand of your daughter in marriage and I will (in return) marry my daughter to you; or merry me your sister, and I will marry my sister to you
