তিনি শুনতে পেলেন যে, ইবনু আব্বাস (রাযিঃ) নারীদের সাথে মুত্'আর ব্যাপারে কিছুটা শিথিলতা প্রদর্শন করেছেন। আলী (রাযিঃ) বললেন, থামো, হে ইবনু আব্বাস কারণ রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম খায়বারের যুদ্ধের দিন মুত্'আহ ও গৃহপালিত গাধার গোশত নিষিদ্ধ করেছেন। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৩৩০০, ইসলামীক সেন্টার)
Ali (Allah be pleased with him) heard that Ibn Abbas (Allah be pleased with them) gave some relaxation in connection with the contracting of temporary marriage, whereupon he said:Don't be hasty (in your religious verdict), Ibn 'Abbas, for Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) on the Day of Khaibar prohibited that forever - along with the eating of flesh of domestic asses

Muhammad b. 'Ali narrated on the authority of his father 'Ali that Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) on the Day of Khaibar prohibited for ever the contracting of temporary marriage and eating of the flesh of the domestic asses
আবূ ত্বহির ও হারমালাহ ইবনু ইয়াহইয়া (রহিমাহুমাল্লাহ) ..... ইবনু আব্বাস (রাযিঃ) কে লক্ষ্য করে আলী (রাযিঃ) কে বলতে শুনেছেন, রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম খায়বারের যুদ্ধের দিন মুত'আহ এবং গৃহপালিত গাধার গোশত নিষিদ্ধ করেছেন। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৩৩০১, ইসলামীক সেন্টার)

আবদুল্লাহ ইবনু মুহাম্মাদ ইবনু আসমা আয যুবাঈ (রহঃ) ..... মালিক (রহঃ) থেকে এ সূত্রে অনুরূপ বর্ণিত হয়েছে। এ সূত্রে আছে, মুহাম্মাদ ইবনু ‘আলী বলেন, তিনি আলী ইবনু আবূ তলিব (রাযিঃ) কে জনৈক ব্যক্তিকে লক্ষ্য করে বলতে শুনেছেন, তুমি তো সৎপথ থেকে বিচ্যুত। কেননা রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম নিষিদ্ধ করেছেন ..... উক্ত হাদীসের অনুরূপ। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৩২৯৮, ইসলামীক সেন্টার)
Malik narrated this hadith on the authority of the same chain of trans- witters that 'Ali b. Abil Talib said to a person:You are a person led astray; Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) forbade us (to do Mut'a), as is stated In the hadith transmitted on the authority of Yahya b. Malik
