রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়া সাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ ব্যভিচারী ব্যক্তি ব্যভিচারে লিপ্ত থাকাবস্থায় মু'মিন থাকে না, চুরি করার সময় চোরও ঈমানদার থাকে না, মদ্যপায়ীও মদ্যপান করার সময় মু'মিন থাকে না। আবূ হুরাইরাহ (রাযিঃ) অন্য সূত্রে এর সাথে এটাও বলেছেন, প্রকাশ্য দিবালোকে মূল্যবান সামগ্ৰী ছিনতাইকারী যখন ছিনতাই করতে থাকে তখন সে মু'মিন থাকে না*। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশনঃ ১০৮, ইসলামিক সেন্টারঃ)
Abu Huraira reported that the Messenger of Allah observed:The fornicator who fornicates is not a believer so long as he commits it and no thief who steals is a believer as long as he commits theft, and no drunkard who drinks wine is a believer as long as he drinks it. 'Abdul-Malik b. Abi Bakr' narrated this on the authority of Abu Bakr b. Abdur-Rahman b. Harith and then said: Abu Huraira made this addition: No plunderer who plunders a valuable thing that attracts the attention of people is a believer so long as he commits this act
সুরায়জ ইবনু ইউনুস ও ইয়াকুব আদ দাওরাকী (রহঃ) ..... জারীর (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, আমি নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়া সাল্লাম এর কাছে শ্রবণ ও আনুগত্যের বাই’আত গ্রহণ করলে তিনি আমাকে শিখিয়ে দিলেন, (বলো) যতদূর আমার সাধ্যে কুলায় (কেননা সাধ্যের অতিরিক্ত করতে বান্দা অপারগ)। আর প্রত্যেক মুসলিমের উপদেশ দেয়ার ব্যাপারেও (বাই’আত করেছি)। ইয়াকুব তার বর্ণনায় বলেন, সাইয়্যার আমাদেরকে হাদীস বর্ণনা করেছেন*। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশনঃ . ১০৭, ইসলামিক সেন্টারঃ)
It is narrated on the authority of Jarir that he observed:I owed allegiance to the Messenger of Allah (may peace and blessings be upon him) on hearing ( is commands) and obeying (them) and the Prophet) instructed me (to act) as lay in my power, and sincerity and goodwill for every Muslim
আবদুল মালিক ইবনু শু'আয়ব ইবনু লায়স ইবনু সা'দ (রহঃ) ..... আবূ হুরাইরাহ (রাযিঃ) বলেন যে, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়া সাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ ব্যভিচারী ব্যভিচারে লিপ্ত হয় না ..... বাকী অংশ লুটতরাজের বর্ণনাসহ উপরোক্ত হাদীসের অনুরূপ। তবে এতে মূল্যবান সামগ্ৰী কথাটির উল্লেখ নেই। ইবনু শিহাব বলেন, সাঈদ ইবনুল মুসাইয়্যাব ও আবূ সালামাহ্ ইবনু আবদুর রহমান (রহঃ) ..... আবূ হুরাইরাহ (রাযিঃ) এর সূত্রে রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়া সাল্লাম থেকে আবূ বকরের হাদীসের বর্ণনা করেছেন। তবে তিনি النُّهْبَةَ 'ছিনতাইয়ের' কথা উল্লেখ করেননি। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশনঃ ১০৯, ইসলামিক সেন্টারঃ)
Abdul-Malik b. Shu'aib narrated this hadith on the authority of Abu Huraira that he observed:The Messenger of Allah said that a fornicator does not fornicate, and then narrated the hadith like this, and he also made mention of plundering too, but did not mention of a thin having value. Ibn Shihab said: Sa'id b. al-Musayyib and Abu Salama narrated this hadith on the authority of Abu Huraira a hadith like that of Abu Bakr with the exception of (the mention) of plundering
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَزُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، وَابْنُ، نُمَيْرٍ قَالُوا حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ عِلاَقَةَ، سَمِعَ جَرِيرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، يَقُولُ بَايَعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَلَى النُّصْحِ لِكُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ .
আবূ বাকর ইবনু আবূ শাইবাহ, যুহায়র ইবনু হারব ও ইবনু নুমায়র (রহঃ) ..... জারীর ইবনু 'আবদুল্লাহ (রাযিঃ) বলেন, আমি প্রত্যেক মুসলিমের কল্যাণ করার শর্তে নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়া সাল্লাম এর নিকট বাই’আত করেছি*। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশনঃ ১০৬, ইসলামিক সেন্টারঃ)
(Sufyan narrated on the authority of Ziyad b. 'Ilaqa that he heard Jarir b. 'Abdullah saying:I pledged allegiance to the Messenger of Allah may peace and blessings be upon him) on sincerity and well-wishing for every Muslim
