সাঈদ ইবনু ইয়াহইয়া ইবনে সাঈদ আল উমাবী (রহঃ) ..... আবূ মূসা (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, আমি প্রশ্ন করলাম, 'হে আল্লাহর রাসূল! কোন ইসলাম উত্তম? তিনি বললেন, উত্তম ইসলাম হলো তার, যার মুখ ও হাত থেকে সকল মুসলিম নিরাপদ থাকে। ইবরাহীম ইবনু সাঈদ আল জাওহারী (রাযিঃ) ..... বুরায়দ ইবনু আবদুল্লাহ (রাযিঃ) থেকে এ সনদে বর্ণনা করেন যে, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়া সাল্লাম কে জিজ্ঞেস করা হয়েছিল, সর্বোত্তম মুসলিম কে? রাবী হাদীসের বাকী অংশ উপরোক্ত হাদীসের মতো বর্ণনা করেন। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশনঃ ৭০, ইসলামিক সেন্টারঃ)
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Musa Ash'ari:I asked the Messenger of Allah which (attribute) of Islam is more excellent. Upon this he remarked: One in which the Muslims are safe, protected from the tongue and hand of (other Muslims)
হাসান আল হুলওয়ানী ও আবদ ইবনু হুমায়দ (রহঃ) ..... জাবির (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, আমি নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়া সাল্লাম কে বলতে শুনেছি যে, সত্যিকার মুসলিম সে যার মুখ ও হাত থেকে অন্যান্য মুসলিম নিরাপদ থাকে। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশনঃ ৬৯, ইসলামিক সেন্টারঃ)
It is narrated on the authority of Jabir that he heard the (Holy Prophet) say:A Muslim is he from whose hand and tongue the Muslims are safe
وَحَدَّثَنِيهِ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْجَوْهَرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي بُرَيْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ قَالَ سُئِلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَىُّ الْمُسْلِمِينَ أَفْضَلُ فَذَكَرَ مِثْلَهُ .
Ibrahim b. Sa'id al-Jauhari has narrated this hadith with the same words in addition to these. The Messenger of Allah (may peace and blessings be upon him) was asked as to who amongst the Muslims is better, and the rest of the hadith was narrated like this
আবূ তাহির আহমাদ ইবনু আমর ইবনু আবদুল্লাহ ইবনু সাবহ আল মিসরী (রহঃ) ..... 'আবদুল্লাহ ইবনু আমর ইবনু আল আস (রাযিঃ) বলেন যে, এক ব্যক্তি রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়া সাল্লাম কে জিজ্ঞেস করল, সর্বোত্তম মুসলিম কে?' তিনি বললেন, সে ব্যক্তি যার মুখ ও হাত থেকে সকল মুসলিম নিরাপদ থাকে। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশনঃ ৬৮, ইসলামিক সেন্টারঃ)
Abdullah b. Amr b. al-As is reported to have said:Verily a person asked the Messenger of Allah (may peace and blessings be upon him) who amongst the Muslims was better. Upon this (the Holy Prophet) remarked: From whose hand and tongue the Muslims are safe
