তিনি বলেন, তার দাদী মুলায়কাহ তার নিজের হাতে প্রস্তুত একটি খাবার খেতে রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম কে দাওয়াত দিলে তিনি (সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম) তা খেলেন। খাওয়া শেষে তিনি (সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম) বললেনঃ তোমরা সবাই উঠে দাড়াও, আমি তোমাদের (বারাকাত বা শিক্ষাদানের) জন্য সালাত আদায় করব। আনাস ইবনু মালিক (রাযিঃ) বলেনঃ আমি উঠে গিয়ে আমাদের একটি চাটাইয়ের উপর দাঁড়ালাম যা দীর্ঘদিন ধরে ব্যবহারের ফলে কালো বর্ণ ধারণ করেছিল। আমি সেটির উপর কিছু পানি ছিটিয়ে দিলাম। রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম ঐ চটাইয়ের উপর দাঁড়ালেন। আর বৃদ্ধ মহিলারা দাঁড়ালেন পিছনে। অতঃপর রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম আমাদেরকে সাথে নিয়ে দু’রাকাআত সালাত আদায় করলেন এবং তারপর চলে গেলেন। (ইসলামী ফাউন্ডেশন ১৩৭২, ইসলামীক সেন্টার)
Anas b. Malik reported that his grandmother, Mulaika, invited the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) to a dinner which she had prepared. He (the Holy Prophet) ate out of that and then said:Stand up so that I should observe prayer (in order to bless) you Anas b. Malik said: I stood up on a mat (belonging to us) which had turned dark on account of its long use. I sprinkled water over it (in order to soften it), and the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) stood upon it, and I and an orphan formed a row behind him (the Holy Prophet) and the old woman was behind us, and the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) led us in two rak'ahs of prayer and then went back
তিনি বলেন, রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম আমাদের বাড়ীতে একটি বালতি থেকে পানি নিয়ে যে কুল্লি করেছিলেন তা এখনো আমার মনে আছে। মাহমূদ ইবনুর রাবী বলেন, ইতবান ইবনু মালিক আমার কাছে বর্ণনা করেছেন। তিনি বলেছেনঃ আমি বললাম, হে আল্লাহর রসূল! আমার দৃষ্টিশক্তি নষ্ট হয়ে গেছে। তিনি এভাবে হাদীসটি বর্ণনা করে, “তিনি আমাদের সাথে নিয়ে দু'রাকাআত সালাত আদায় করলেন। আর আমরা রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-এর জন্য পাকানো জাশীশাহ নামক খাবার খেতে তাকে ঠেকিয়ে রাখলাম পর্যন্ত" উল্লেখ করলেন। তবে এরপর ইউনুস ও মা'মার বর্ণিত অতিরিক্ত কথাটুকু তিনি উল্লেখ করেননি। (ইসলামী ফাউন্ডেশন ১৩৭১, ইসলামীক সেন্টার)
Mahmud b. Rabi' reported:I well remember the disgorge of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) that he did (with water) from a bucket of our house. Mahmud said: 'Itban b. Malik narrated it to me that he had said: Messenger of Allah, I have lost my eyesight, and the rest of the hadith is the same up to these words:" He led us in two rak'ahs of prayer and we detained the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) for serving him the pudding that we had prepared for him," and no mention has been made of what follows next from the addition made by Yunus and Ma'mar
وَحَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ بْنُ فَرُّوخَ، وَأَبُو الرَّبِيعِ، كِلاَهُمَا عَنْ عَبْدِ الْوَارِثِ، قَالَ شَيْبَانُ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ، عَنْ أَبِي التَّيَّاحِ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَحْسَنَ النَّاسِ خُلُقًا فَرُبَّمَا تَحْضُرُ الصَّلاَةُ وَهْوَ فِي بَيْتِنَا فَيَأْمُرُ بِالْبِسَاطِ الَّذِي تَحْتَهُ فَيُكْنَسُ ثُمَّ يُنْضَحُ ثُمَّ يَؤُمُّ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَنَقُومُ خَلْفَهُ فَيُصَلِّي بِنَا وَكَانَ بِسَاطُهُمْ مِنْ جَرِيدِ النَّخْلِ .
শায়বান ইবনু ফাররূখ ও আবূর রাবী’ (রহঃ) ..... আনাস ইবনু মালিক (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, আখলাক বা নৈতিক চরিত্রের বিচারে রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম ছিলেন সর্বোত্তম মানুষ। অনেক সময় এমন হয়েছে যে, তিনি (সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম) আমাদের ঘরে থাকতেই সালাতের সময় হয়ে গেছে। তখন তিনি (সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম) যে বিছানার উপর থাকতেন সেটিই ঝেড়ে ফেলে পানি ছিটিয়ে দিতে বলতেন। অতঃপর রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম সালাতের ইমামাত করতেন। আমরা তার পিছনে দাঁড়াতাম। তিনি (সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম) আমাদেরকে নিয়ে সালাত আদায় করতেন। বর্ণনাকারী (আবূ তাইয়্যাহ) বলেনঃ তার (আনাস ইবনু মালিক-এর) বাড়ীর বিছানা খেজুর পাতায় তৈরি ছিল। (ইসলামী ফাউন্ডেশন ১৩৭৩, ইসলামীক সেন্টার)
Anas b. Malik reported that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) wits the best among people in character. On occasions, the time of prayer would come while he was in our house. He would then order to spread the mat lying under him. That was dusted and then water was sprinkled over it. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) then led the prayer and we stood behind him, and that mat was made of the leaves of date-palm
মুহাম্মাদ ইবনু রাফি' ও 'আবদ ইবনু হুমায়দ (রহঃ) ..... ইতবান ইবনু মালিক (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, আমি রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর কাছে গেলাম। তবে এ হাদীসে তিনি এতটুকু অধিক বর্ণনা করেছেন যে, জনৈক ব্যক্তি বলে উঠল, মালিক ইবনুদ দুখশুন অথবা বলল (বর্ণনাকারীর সন্দেহ) মালিক ইবনুদ দুখায়শিন কোথায়? তিনি হাদীসটিতে এতটুকু কথা অধিক বলেছেন যে, মাহমুদ ইবনুর রাবী’ বলেছেন, আমি এ হাদীসটি একদল লোকের কাছে বর্ণনা করলাম। তাদের মধ্যে (সহাবা) আবূ আইয়ুব আল আনসারীও ছিলেন। তিনি বললেন, তুমি যা বললে আমার মনে হয় না রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম তা বলেছেন। মাহমুদ ইবনুর রাবী’ বলেন, এ কথা শুনে আমি এ মর্মে শপথ করলাম যে ইতবান ইবনু মালিককে আবার জিজ্ঞেস করার জন্য তার কাছে ফিরে যাব। তিনি বলেছেনঃ অতঃপর আমি তার কাছে গেলাম। তখন তিনি অত্যন্ত বৃদ্ধ হয়ে গিয়েছিলেন এবং তার দৃষ্টিশক্তিও নষ্ট হয়ে গিয়েছিল। তিনি ছিলেন তার কওমের ইমাম। আমি গিয়ে পাশে বসে এ হাদীসটি সম্পর্কে তাকে জিজ্ঞেস করলাম। তখন তিনি আমাকে প্রথমবারের মতো করে হাদীসটি বর্ণনা করে শুনালেন। হাদীসটির বর্ণনাকার যুহরী বলেছেন, এ ঘটনার পরেও আরো অনেক ফারয (ফরয) ও অন্যান্য বিষয়ে হুকুম আহকাম অবতীর্ণ হয়েছে। আমরা মনে করি যে, (হুকুম-আহকামের) বিষয়টি এর পরেই শেষ হয়েছে। সুতরাং যে ব্যক্তি ধোকায় পড়তে না চায়, সে যেন এর দ্বারা ধোকায় না পড়ে। (ইসলামী ফাউন্ডেশন ১৩৭০, ইসলামীক সেন্টার)
Itban b. Malik reported:I came to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) and the rest of the hadith is the same as narrated (above) except this that a man said: Where is Malik b. Dukhshun or Dukhaishin, and also made this addition that Mahmud said: I narrated this ver hadith to many people and among them was Abu Ayyub al-Ansari who said: I cannot think that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) could have said so as you say. He (the narrator) said: I took an oath that if I ever go to 'Itban. I would ask him about it. So I went to him and found him to be a very aged man, having lost his eyesight, but he was the Imam of the people. I sat by his side and asked about this hadith and he narrated it In the same way as he had narrated it for the first time. Then so many other obligatory acts and commands were revealed which we see having been completed. So he who wants that he should not be deceived would not be deceived
