। সাব‘ ইবনে জাস্সামা (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাতের বেলা মুশরিকদের মহল্লায় অতর্কিত আক্রমণ প্রসঙ্গে নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম কে জিজ্ঞেস করা হলো, যাতে নারী ও শিশু নিহত হয়। তিনি বলেনঃ তারাও (নারী ও শিশু) তাদের অন্তর্ভুক্ত।
It was narrated that Ibn ‘Abbas said:“Sa’b bin Jaththamah said: ‘The Prophet (ﷺ) was asked about the polytheists who are attacked at night, and their women and children are killed.’ He said: ‘They are from among them.’”
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مَالِكٍ الأَشْجَعِيُّ، عَنْ نُعَيْمِ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَنْ قَتَلَ فَلَهُ السَّلَبُ " .
। সামুরা ইবনে জুনদুব (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ (যুদ্ধের ময়দানে) যে যাকে হত্যা করে তার মালপত্র হত্যাকারীর প্রাপ্য।
It was narrated from the son of Samurah bin Jundub that his father said:“The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: ‘Whoever kills, the spoils are his.’”
। সালামা ইবনুল আকওয়া (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, আমরা নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর যুগে আবূ বাকর (রাঃ) এর সাথে হাওয়াযিন গোত্রের বিরুদ্ধে যুদ্ধ করি। আমরা ফাযারা গোত্রের পানির উৎসে পৌঁছে সেখানে রাত কাটাই। ভোর হলে আমরা তাদেরকে অতর্কিতে আক্রমণ করলাম। অতঃপর আমরা পানির মালিকদের নিকট এসে তাদেরকে আক্রমণ করে তাদের নয় অথবা সাত ঘর লোককে হত্যা করি।
It was narrated from Iyas bin Salamah bin Awka’, that his father said:“We attacked Hawazin, with Abu Bakr, during the time of the Prophet (ﷺ), and we arrived at an oasis belonging to Bani Fazarah during the last part of the night. We attacked at dawn, raiding the people of the oasis, and killed them, nine or seven households.”
। আবূ কাতাদা (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। হুনায়নের যুদ্ধের দিন তিনি যাকে হত্যা করেছিলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম তার মালপত্র তাকে দিলেন।
It was narrated from Abu Muhammad, the freed slave of Abu Qatadah (from Abu Qatadah) that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) awarded him the spoils of a man whom he killed on the Day of Hunain
