। মুআবিয়া ইবনে কুররা (রাঃ) থেকে তার পিতার সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, এক ব্যক্তি তার পিতার স্ত্রীকে বিবাহ করলে রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম তাকে হত্যা করার জন্য তার সমস্ত মালপত্র নিয়ে নেয়ার জন্য আমাকে পাঠান।
It was narrated from Mu'awiyah bin Qurrah that his father said:“The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) sent me to a man who had married his father's wife after he died, to strike his neck (execute him) and confiscate his wealth.”
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُوسَى، حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا سَهْلُ بْنُ أَبِي سَهْلٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ، جَمِيعًا عَنْ أَشْعَثَ، عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ، عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ، قَالَ مَرَّ بِي خَالِي - سَمَّاهُ هُشَيْمٌ فِي حَدِيثِهِ الْحَارِثَ بْنَ عَمْرٍو - وَقَدْ عَقَدَ لَهُ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم لِوَاءً فَقُلْتُ لَهُ أَيْنَ تُرِيدُ فَقَالَ بَعَثَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِلَى رَجُلٍ تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةَ أَبِيهِ مِنْ بَعْدِهِ فَأَمَرَنِي أَنْ أَضْرِبَ عُنُقَهُ .
। আল-বারাআ ইবনে আযেব (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, আমার মামা আমাকে অতিক্রম করে যাচ্ছিলেন। অধস্তন রাবী হুশাইম তার রিওয়ায়াতে তার জন্য একটি পতাকা তৈরি করে দিয়েছিলেন। আমি তাকে জিজ্ঞেস করলাম, কোথায় যাচ্ছেন? তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম আমাকে এক ব্যক্তির কাছে পাঠিয়েছেন, যে তার পিতার মৃত্যুর পর তার স্ত্রীকে বিবাহ করেছে। তিনি আমাকে নির্দেশ দিয়েছেন যে, আমি যেন তাকে হত্যা করি।
It was narrated that Bara bin Azib said:“My maternal uncle passed by me - (one of the narrators) Hushaim named him in his narration as Harith bin Amr - and the Prophet (ﷺ) had given him a banner to carry. I said to him: 'Where are you going?’ He said: 'The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) has sent me to a man who married his father's wife after he died, and has commanded me to strike his neck (i.e. execute him).”
। ইবনে আব্বাস (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ যে ব্যক্তি নিজের পিতা ব্যতীত অন্যের সাথে জন্মসূত্র স্থাপন করে অথবা নিজের মনিব ব্যতীত অন্যকে মনিব বানায়, তার উপর আল্লাহ, ফেরেশতাকুল ও সকল মানুষের অভিসম্পাত।
It was narrated from Ibn Abbas that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:“Whoever claims to belong to someone other than his father, or (a freed slave) who claims that his Wala is for other than his real master, the curse of Allah (SWT), the angels and all the people will be upon him.”
। সালামা ইবনুল মুহাবিবক (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, হদ্দ সম্পর্কিত আয়াত নাযিল হলে তীক্ষ্ণ আত্মমর্যাদাবোধের অধিকারী আবূ সাবিত সাদ ইবনে উবাদা (রাঃ) কে বলা হলো, তোমার স্ত্রীর সাথে বেগানা কোন পুরুষ লোককে পেলে তুমি কী করবে? তিনি বলেন, আমি তাদের উভয়কে তরবারির আঘাতে হত্যা করবো। আমার দ্বারা এটা সম্ভব হবে না যে, আমি এই অপকর্মের চারজন সাক্ষী তালাশ করবো এবং সাক্ষী নিয়ে আসতে আসতে সে তার অপকর্ম শেষ করবে অথবা আমি তোমাদের সামনে এসে বলবো যে, আমি এরূপ এরূপ দেখেছি এবং তোমরা আমাকে যেনার অপবাদের শাস্তি দিবে এবং আর কখনো আমার সাক্ষ্য গ্রহণ করবে না। রাবী বলেন, বিষয়টি নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর সামনে আলোচনা করা হলে তিনি বলেনঃ তরবারিই সাক্ষী হিসাবে যথেষ্ট, অতঃপর তিনি বলেনঃ না (এ অনুমতি দেয়া যায় না)। আমি আশঙ্কা করছি যে, উন্মাদ ও আত্মমর্যাবোধসম্পন্ন ব্যক্তি তাই করে বসবে। ইমাম আবূ আবদুল্লাহ ইবনে মাজা (রাঃ) বলেন, আমি আবূ যুরআ (রাঃ) কে বলতে শুনেছি যে, এটা হলো আলী ইবনে মুহাম্মাদ আত-তানাফিসী বর্ণিত হাদীস, যার অংশবিশেষ আমার স্মরণ নাই।
It was narrated that Salamah bin Muhabbiq said:“When the Verse of legal punishments was revealed, it was said to Abu Thabit Sa'd bin Ubadah, who was a jealous man: ‘If you found another man with your wife, what would you do?’ He said: “I would strike them both wife the sword; do you think I should wait until I bring four (witness) and he has satisfied himself and gone away? Or should I say I saw such and such, and you will carry out the legal punishment punishment on me (for slander) and never accept my testimony thereafter?' Mention of that was made to the prophet (ﷺ) and he said: “The sword is sufficient as a witness.' Then he said: 'No (on second thought) I am afraid that the drunkard and the jealous would pursue that.” (Da'if) Abu Abdullah - meaning Ibn Majah - said: “I heard Abu Zurah saying: “This is a Hadith of Ali bin Muhammad At-Tanafisi, I did not hear it from him.”
