। জাবির (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ প্রতিবেশী তার প্রতিবেশীর শুফ‘আর অধিক হকদার। তাদের উভয়ের যাতায়াতের একই পথ হলে তার অনুপস্থিতিতে তার জন্য অপেক্ষা করতে হবে।
It was narrated from Jabir that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:“The neighbor has more right to preemption of his neighbor, so let him wait for him even if he is absent, if they share a path.”
। শারীদ ইবনে সুওয়াইদ (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, আমি বললাম, ইয়া রাসূলাল্লাহ! এক খন্ড জমি যাতে কারো অংশও নেই এবং কোন শরীকও নেই, কিন্তু প্রতিবেশী আছে। তিনি বলেনঃ নৈকট্যের কারণে প্রতিবেশীই তার অধিক হকদার।
It was narrated that Sharid bin Suwaid said:“I said: 'O Messenger of Allah, (what do you think of) land owned by only one person but this land has neighbors?' He said: 'The neighbor has more right to property that is near.' ”
। ইবনে আব্বাস (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেনঃ কারো জমাজমি থাকলে এবং সে তা বিক্রয় করতে চাইলে তার প্রতিবেশীকে (তা ক্রয়ের) প্রস্তাব দিবে।
It was narrated from Ibn Abbas that the Prophet (ﷺ) said:“Whoever has land and wants to sell it, let him offer it to his neighbor.”
