। আবূ হুরায়রা (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। দু’ ব্যক্তি একটি জন্তুর মালিকানা দাবি করলো কিন্তু তাদের কারো নিকটই দলীল-প্রমাণ ছিলো না। নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম তাদেরকে লটারী করে তাতে যার নাম উঠে, তাকে শপথ করার পর তা নিতে বলেন।
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that:he said that two men laid claim to an animal, and neither of them had any proof, so the Prophet (ﷺ) commanded them to cast lots as to which of them should swear an oath
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، عَنْ مُجَالِدٍ، أَنْبَأَنَا عَامِرٌ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ لِيَهُودِيَّيْنِ " نَشَدْتُكُمَا بِاللَّهِ الَّذِي أَنْزَلَ التَّوْرَاةَ عَلَى مُوسَى عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَمُ " .
। জাবির ইবনে আবদুল্লাহ (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম দু’ ইহূদীকে বলেনঃ আমি তোমাদের দু’জনকে সেই আল্লাহর শপথ দিচ্ছি যিনি মূসা (রাঃ) এর উপর তাওরাত কিতাব নাযিল করেছেন।
It was narrated from Jabir bin 'Abdullah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said to two Jews:“Swear by Allah Who sent the Tawrah down to Musa, peace be upon him.”
। আবূ মূসা (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর নিকট দু’ ব্যক্তি একটি জন্তুর ব্যাপারে অভিযোগ দায়ের করলো এবং তাদের একজনের নিকটও কোন প্রমাণ ছিলো না। তিনি তাদের উভয়কে সেটির অর্ধেক অর্ধেক মালিকানা দান করেন।
It was narrated from Abu Musa that :two men referred a dispute to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) concerning an animal, and neither of them had proof, so he ruled that it should be divided in half
। বারাআ ইবনে আযেব (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম ইহূদী সম্প্রদায়ের এক পন্ডিত ব্যক্তিকে ডেকে বলেনঃ আমি তোমাকে সেই মহান সত্তার শপথ করে বলছি যিনি মূসা (রাঃ)-এর উপর তাওরাত কিতাব নাযিল করেছেন।
It was narrated from Bara' bin 'Azib that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) called one of the Jewish scholars and said:“ Swear by the One Who sent the Torah (Tawrah) down to Musa.”
