। ইবনে উমার (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ বলেছেনঃ যে ব্যক্তি কারো যুলুমমূলক মামলায় সহযোগিতা করে অথবা যুলুমে সহায়তা করে, তা থেকে নিবৃত্ত না হওয়া পর্যন্ত সর্বদাই সে আল্লাহর গযবে নিপতিত থাকে।
It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:“Whoever takes the wrongdoer's side in a dispute or supports wrongdoing, he will remain subject to the wrath of Allah until he gives it up.”
। আবূ যার (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম কে বলতে শুনেছেনঃ যে ব্যক্তি এমন জিনিস দাবি করে যা তার নয়, সে আমাদের অন্তর্ভুক্ত নয় এবং সে যেন জাহান্নামে তার বাসস্থান বানিয়ে নেয়।
It was narrated from Abu Dharr that he heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say:“Whoever claims something that does not belong to him; he is not one of us, so let him take his place in Hell.”
। ইবনে আব্বাস (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেনঃ লোকেদেরকে তাদের দাবি মোতাবেক ফয়সালা দেয়া হলে অবশ্যই কতক লোক অন্য লোকের জীবন (মৃত্যুদন্ড) ও সম্পদ দাবি করে বসতো। কিন্তু বিবাদীকেই শপথ করতে হবে।
It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:“If the people were given what they claimed, some would have claimed the lives and property of men. But the one the claim is made against is obliged to swear an oath.”
। আবূ হুরায়রা (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ আমিও একজন মানুষ। হয়তো তোমাদের কেউ অপর কারো তুলনায় নিজের যুক্তি-প্রমাণ পেশে অত্যন্ত বাকপটু হয়ে থাকবে। অতএব আমি তাকে তার ভাইয়ের হক থেকে কিছু কর্তন করে দিয়ে থাকলে তাকে জাহান্নাম একটি টুকরাই কর্তন করে দিলাম।
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:“I am only human, and some of you may be more eloquent in presenting your case than others. If I pass a judgement in his favor that detracts from his brother's rights, I am giving him a piece of fire.”
