। ‘আবদুল্লাহ্ (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, সহবাসমুক্ত পবিত্র অবস্থায় (তুহরে) তালাক প্রদান হচ্ছে যথার্থ নিয়মের (সুন্নাত) তালাক।
It was narrated that Abdullah said:"Divorce according to the Sunnah means divorcing her when she is pure, ( i.e., not menstruating) and without having had intercourse with her (during that cycle)
। ইবনু ‘উমার (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, আমি আমার স্ত্রীকে তার হায়েয অবস্থায় তালাক দিলে পর ‘উমার (রাঃ) বিষয়টি রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর গোচরে আনেন। তিনি বলেনঃ তাকে নির্দেশ দাও, সে যেন তার স্ত্রীকে ফিরিয়ে নেয়, যাবত না সে পবিত্রাবস্থায় ফিরে আসে, অতঃপর পুনরায় তার মাসিক ঋতু হয়, অতঃপর পবিত্রাবস্থায় ফিরে আসে। অতঃপর সে চাইলে তাকে তালাক দিতে পারে তার সাথে সহবাস করার পুর্বে। আর চাইলে সে তাকে স্ত্রী হিসাবে রেখেও দিতে পারে। এই হলো সেই উদ্দাত যা পালনের জন্য আল্লাহ্ নির্দেশ দিয়েছেন।
It was narrated that Ibn 'Umar said:"I divorced my wife when she was menstruating. 'Umar mentioned that to the Messenger of Allah and he said: 'Tell him to take her back until she becomes pure (i.e., her period ends), then she has her period (again), then she becomes pure (again), then if he wishes he may divorce her before having sexual relations with her, and if he wishes he may keep her. This is the waiting period that Allah has enjoined
। ‘আবদুল্লাহ্ (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি সুন্নাত (যথার্থ নিয়মের) তালাক সম্পর্কে বলেন, স্বামী স্ত্রীকে তার (সহবাসমুক্ত) প্রতি তুহরে এক তালাক দিবে এবং সে তৃতীয় তুহরে পৌঁছলে তাকে শেষ তালাক দিবে। এরপর সে এক হায়েয কাল ইদ্দাত পালন করবে।
It was narrated that 'Abdullah said:"Divorce according to the Sunnah means divorcing her with one divorce in each cycle when she is pure, then when she becomes pure the third time, then he pronounces divorce again, and after that she must wait one more menstrual cycle
حَدَّثَنَا كَثِيرُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الْحِمْصِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ الْوَصَّافِيِّ، عَنْ مُحَارِبِ بْنِ دِثَارٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " أَبْغَضُ الْحَلاَلِ إِلَى اللَّهِ الطَّلاَقُ " .
। ‘আবদুল্লাহ্ ইবনু ‘উমার (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ আল্লাহর নিকট সর্বাধিক ঘৃণ্য বৈধ কাজ হচ্ছে তালাক।
It was narrated from 'Abdullah bin 'Umar that:the Messenger of Allah said: "The most hated of permissible things to Allah is divorce
