। উম্মু আতিয়্যা (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, আমরা রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর কন্যা উম্মু কুলসুমের গোসল দেই। তখন রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম আমাদের নিকট এসে বলেনঃ তোমরা তাকে তিন বা পাঁচ অথবা ততোধিক বার কুলপাতা মিশ্রিত পানি দিয়ে গোসল করাও। শেষবারে কর্পূর বা কিছু কর্পূর লাগিয়ে দাও। তোমরা গোসল দেওয়া শেষ করে আমাকে ডাকবে। অতএব আমরা তার গোসল দেয়া শেষ করে তাঁকে সংবাদ দিলাম। তিনি তাঁর জামা আমাদের দিকে নিক্ষেপ করে বলেনঃ এটি দিয়ে ভালো করে আবৃত করো।
Muhammad bin Sirin narrated that Umm ‘Atiyyah said:“The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) entered upon us when we were washing his daughter Umm Kulthum. He said: ‘Wash her three or five times, or more than that if you think you need to, with water and lote leaves, and put camphor or a little camphor in (the water) for the last washing. When you have finished, call for me.’ When we finished, we called him, and he gave his waist-wrapper to us and said: ‘Shroud her with it.’”
। উম্মু আতিয়্যা (রাঃ) থেকে এই সনদসূত্রে উপরোক্ত হাদীসের অনুরূপ বর্ণিত আছে। হাফসা (রাঃ)-এর বর্ণনায় আছেঃ ‘‘তোমরা তাকে বেজোড় সংখ্যায় গোসল দাও।’’ তার বর্ণনায় আরো আছে, ‘‘তোমরা তাকে তিন বা পাঁচবার গোসল দাও।’’ তার বর্ণনায় আরো আছেঃ ‘‘তোমারা তার ডান দিক থেকে তার উযুর অঙ্গগুলো থেকে গোসল শুরু করো।’’ এই বর্ণনায় আরো আছেঃ উম্মু আতিয়্যা (রাঃ) বলেন, ‘‘আমরা তার মাথার চুল তিন গোছায় বিভক্ত করে আঁচড়ে দিলাম’’।
It was narrated from Ayyub who said:“Hafsah narrated to me, from Umm ‘Atiyyah” and it is similar to the Hadith of Muhammad. And in the narration of Hafsah it says: “Wash her an odd number of times.” And: “Wash her face three or five times.” And “Start on her right, with the places washed in ablution.” And it says that Umm ‘Atiyyah said: “And we combed her hair into three braids.”
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ قَبَّلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ عُثْمَانَ بْنَ مَظْعُونٍ وَهُوَ مَيِّتٌ فَكَأَنِّي أَنْظُرُ إِلَى دُمُوعِهِ تَسِيلُ عَلَى خَدَّيْهِ .
। ‘আয়িশাহ্ (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম ‘উসমান ইবনু মাযঊন (রাঃ)-এর লাশ চুম্বন করেন। আমি যেন এখনো তাঁর দু’ গাল বেয়ে অশ্রু গড়িয়ে পড়তে দেখেছি।
It was narrated that ‘Aishah said:“The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) kissed ‘Uthman bin Maz’un when he had died, and it is as if I can see him with his tears flowing down his cheeks.”
