। আবূ মালিক আল-আশজাঈ সা’দ ইবনু তারেক (রহঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, আমি আমার পিতাকে বললাম, হে পিতা! আপনি অবশ্যই রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম , আবূ বাকর , উমার ও উসমান (রাঃ) এর পিছনে সালাত (নামায/নামাজ) আদায় করেছেন এবং এই কুফায় আলী -এর পেছনে প্রায় পাঁচ বছর সালাত আদায় করেছেন। তাঁরা কি ফজরের সালাতে দুআ কুনূত পড়তেন? তিনি বলেন, হে বৎস! এটা তো বিদ্আত।
Sa’d bin Tariq said:“I said to my father: ‘O my father! You prayed behind the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) and behind Abu Bakr, ‘Umar and ‘Uthman, and behind ‘Ali here in Kufah for about five years. Did they recite Qunut in Fajr?’ He said: ‘O my son! That is an innovation.’”
। জাবির (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম অসুস্থ হয়ে পড়লেন। তিনি বসা অবস্থায় (ইমামতি করেন), আমরা তাঁর পিছনে সালাত (নামায/নামাজ) পড়লাম, আবূ বাকর(রাঃ) লোকেদের শুনানোর জন্য উচ্চকন্ঠে তাঁর তাকবীরের পুনরাবৃত্তি করেন। তিনি আমাদের দিকে লক্ষ্য করে আমাদেরকে দাঁড়ানো অবস্থায় দেখলেন। তিনি ইশারা করলে আমরা বসে পড়লাম এবং বসা অবস্থায় তাঁর সাথে সালাত পড়লাম। তিনি সালাম ফিরিয়ে বললেনঃ তোমরা প্রায় পারস্য ও রোমবাসীদের মত কাজ করে ফেলেছিলে। তাদের নেতারা বসা থাকতো এবং তারা তাদের সামনে দাঁড়িয়ে থাকতো, কিন্তু তোমরা তা করো না। তোমরা তোমাদের ইমামদের অনুসরণ করো। তিনি দাঁড়িয়ে সালাত পড়লে তোমরাও দাঁড়িয়ে সালাত পড়ো এবং তিনি বসে সালাত পড়লে তোমরাও বসে সালাত পড়ো।
It was narrated that Jabir said:“The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) fell ill, and we prayed behind him while he was sitting down, and Abu Bakr was saying the Takbir so that the people could hear them. He turned to us and saw us standing, so he gestured to us to sit down. When he had said the Salam, he said: ‘You were about to do the action of the Persians and Romans, who remain standing while their kings are seated. Do not do that. Follow the lead of your Imam; if he prays standing, then pray standing, and if he prays sitting down, then pray sitting down.’”
। আবূ হুরাইরাহ (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ ইমাম নিযুক্ত করা হয় তাকে অনুসরণ করার জন্য। অতএব তিনি যখন তাকবীর বলেন, তোমরাও তাকবীর বলো, তিনি যখন রুকুতে যান, তোমরাও রুকূতে যাও, তিনি যখন সামিআল্লাহু লিমান হামিদা বলেন, তোমরা তখন রাব্বানা ওয়ালাকাল হামদ বলো, তিনি দাঁড়ানো অবস্থায় সালাত (নামায/নামাজ) পড়লে তোমরাও দাঁড়ানো অবস্থায় সালাত পড়ো এবং তিনি বসা অবস্থায় সালাত পড়লে তোমরাও বসা অবস্থায় সালাত পড়ো।
It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said:“The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: ‘The Imam is appointed to be followed. When he says Allahu Akbar, then say Allahu Akbar; when he bows, then bow; when he says Sami’ Allahu liman hamidah, then say Rabbana wa lakal-hamd; when he prostrates then prostrate; if he prays standing, then pray standing, and if he prays sitting down then pray sitting down.”
