তিনি বলেন, একরাতে আমরা নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু ‘আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লামএর সঙ্গে উপবিষ্ট ছিলাম। তখন তিনি চৌদ্দ তারিখের রাতের চাঁদের দিকে তাকিয়ে বললেন, তোমরা যেমন এ চাঁদটি দেখতে পাচ্ছ, তেমনিভাবে তোমরা তোমাদের রবকে দেখতে পাবে এবং তাঁকে দেখার ব্যাপারে বাধা বিঘ্ন হবে না। তাই তোমাদের সামর্থ্য থাকলে সূর্যোদয়ের আগে এবং সূর্যাস্তের আগের সালাতের ব্যাপারে প্রভাবিত হবে না। তারপর তিনি পাঠ করলেন, ‘‘আপনার রবের প্রশংসা, পবিত্রতা ও মহিমা ঘোষণা করুন সূর্যোদয় এবং সূর্যাস্তের পূর্বে’’- (সূরাহ ক্বাফ ৫০/৩৯)।[৫৫৪] (আধুনিক প্রকাশনীঃ ৪৪৮৪, ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশনঃ)
Narrated Jarir bin `Abdullah:
We were in the company of the Prophet (ﷺ) on a fourteenth night (of the lunar month), and he looked at the (full) moon and said, "You will see your Lord as you see this moon, and you will have no trouble in looking at Him. So, whoever can, should not miss the offering of prayers before sunrise (Fajr prayer) and before sunset (`Asr prayer)." Then the Prophet (ﷺ) recited: 'And celebrate the praises of your Lord before the rising of the sun and before (its) setting
আবূ হুরাইরাহ (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত যে, নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু ‘আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেন, জান্নাত ও জাহান্নাম পরস্পর বিতর্ক করে। জাহান্নাম বলে দাম্ভিক ও পরাক্রমশালীদের দ্বারা আমাকে অগ্রাধিকার দেয়া হয়েছে। জান্নাত বলে, আমার কী হলো? আমাতে কেবল মাত্র দুর্বল এবং নিরীহ ব্যক্তিরাই প্রবেশ করছে। তখন আল্লাহ্ তাবারাকা ওয়া তা‘আলা জান্নাতকে বলবেন, তুমি আমার রহমত। তোমার দ্বারা আমার বান্দাদের যাকে ইচ্ছে আমি অনুগ্রহ করব। আর তিনি জাহান্নামকে বলবেন, তুমি হলে আযাব। তোমার দ্বারা আমার বান্দাদের যাকে ইচ্ছে শাস্তি দেব। জান্নাত ও জাহান্নাম প্রত্যেকের জন্যই রয়েছে পূর্ণতা। তবে জাহান্নাম পূর্ণ হবে না যতক্ষণ না তিনি তাঁর পা তাতে রাখবেন। তখন সে বলবে, বাস, বাস, বাস। তখন জাহান্নাম পূর্ণ হয়ে যাবে এবং এর এক অংশ অপর অংশের সঙ্গে মুড়িয়ে দেয়া হবে। আল্লাহ্ তাঁর সৃষ্টির কারো প্রতি জুলুম করবেন না। অবশ্য আল্লাহ্ তা‘আলা জান্নাতের জন্য অন্য মাখলূক সৃষ্টি করবেন। [৪৮৪৯; মুসলিম ৫১/১৩, হাঃ ২৮৪৬, আহমাদ ৮১৭০] (আধুনিক প্রকাশনীঃ ৪৪৮৩, ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশনঃ)
Narrated Abu Huraira:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Paradise and the Fire (Hell) argued, and the Fire (Hell) said, "I have been given the privilege of receiving the arrogant and the tyrants.' Paradise said, 'What is the matter with me? Why do only the weak and the humble among the people enter me?' On that, Allah said to Paradise. 'You are My Mercy which I bestow on whoever I wish of my servants.' Then Allah said to the (Hell) Fire, 'You are my (means of) punishment by which I punish whoever I wish of my slaves. And each of you will have its fill.' As for the Fire (Hell), it will not be filled till Allah puts His Foot over it whereupon it will say, 'Qati! Qati!' At that time it will be filled, and its different parts will come closer to each other; and Allah will not wrong any of His created beings. As regards Paradise, Allah will create a new creation to fill it with
তিনি বলেন, আল্লাহ্ তা‘আলা নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু ‘আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-কে প্রত্যেক সালাতের পর তাঁর পবিত্রতা ঘোষণার আদেশ করেছেন। আল্লাহর বাণীঃ وَإِدْبَارَ السُّجُوْدِ ‘‘এর দ্বারা তিনি এ অর্থ করেছেন।’’ (আধুনিক প্রকাশনীঃ ৪৪৮৫, ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশনঃ)
Narrated Mujahid:
Ibn `Abbas said, "Allah ordered His Prophet to celebrate Allah's praises after all prayers." He refers to His Statement: 'After the prayers
আবূ হুরাইরাহ (রাঃ) থেকে মারফূ হাদীস হিসেবে বর্ণিত। তবে আবূ সুফ্ইয়ান এ হাদীসটিকে অধিকাংশ সময় মওকূফ হাদীস হিসেবে বর্ণনা করেছেন। জাহান্নামকে বলা হবে, তুমি কি পূর্ণ হয়ে গেছ? জাহান্নাম বলবে, আরো আছে কি? তখন আল্লাহ্ রববুল ‘আলামীন নিজ পা তাতে রাখবেন। তখন জাহান্নাম বলবে, আর নয়, আর নয়। [১৪৪৯, ৪৮৫০] (আধুনিক প্রকাশনীঃ ৪৪৮২, ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশনঃ)
Narrated Abu Huraira:
(that the Prophet (ﷺ) said) "It will be said to the Hell, 'Are you filled?' It will say, 'Are there any more (to come)?' On that Allah will put His Foot on it, and it will say 'Qati! Qati! (Enough! Enough)
